Hcl America

I spent well over a year trying to get a job at Microsoft through HCL. Several people I worked with used HCL and had decent things to say. Every few months I would submit my resume. I know they had jobs that fit my skills because some coworkers were working for HCL.
With all of my resume submissions, HCL never one single time called or sent a reply to even say they had nothing. I was completely ignored.
About a month ago my last contract ended and my recruiter with iConvergenceSolutions (also reviewed), who was my subcontractor, told me my resume was shared with HCL, and I would be hearing from them soon. I was very happy! Finally, after a year of waiting, I might get a job with them. Bhaskar with Mindtree contacted me and said he would be picking up from here.
A few days later, Shreeinvas from HCL contacted me about a job, we went over the formalities, and I was told I would likely be starting within 2 days, but I would get a call on Monday to confirm.
That call never came. In fact, NOBODY reached out to me. I pinged Shree and Bhaskar him several times, without a reply.
After waiting 3 more days, Bhaskar finally emailed me and said, basically, the position has changed and is no longer available. Is that true? I don’t think so, but it doesn’t matter. Shree made zero effort to get in touch with me.
Since this happened, I have asked Bhaskar several times if another job is available, and he flat out ignored me. I pinged Shree 5 times in the period of 1 month. Zero replies. I finally asked my primary recruiter if he could help me, and he said sure. That was several weeks ago.
So, HCL America has completely ignored me, Mindtree now ignores me, and so does iConvergenceSolutions.
I never sent more than 1 email every day, and usually I only send 1 email every few days. Even then, all 3 companies refuse to reply.
Very unprofessional.
Update:
I had a past worker call me about a Microsoft job with HCL, and his manager called me. He wanted me working for him, and immediately HCL called me and was interested. Mind you, I tried for 1 ½ YEARS with no reply. I went to work for HCL because I had been out of work for a few months. The job was alright, but I wasn’t very happy. During my employment, any email sent to HCL was answered. They lost the contract in late 2015. More recently, I tried contacting HCL to get my address updated for tax forms. I sent a message to Harneet and Nitin, both of whom are HR, and reached out to me previously.
Since I no longer work there, BOTH Harneet and Nitin ignored me. I sent 3 emails with no reply. Finally, I wrote to corporate and asked why I can’t seem to get a reply. That was a week ago. Still nothing.
My tax forms were sent to my previous address. HCL absolutely refuses to reply if you are not an employee.
Suffice to say, I will never, ever work for this company again. Even some of my workers had nothing good to say about HCL.
HORRIBLE company.
