Both Henry and Jin were friendly, professional and obviously knew their stuff. They took their time to correctly diagnosis the problem and were honest that it would be cheaper to replace the item then to try to repair it. I really appreciate that since I love electronics but have zero understanding of the hardware and inner workings. They were very friendly with their other customers as well. I was really impressed!
