Went for lunch. This Hola has $ 6.95 lunch specials! Two item combo with rice and beans! Also I think I saw a chimichanga and a quesadilla on the lunch specials. Overall I was pleased with atmosphere, food and service. One star off for watery refried beans and the masa on the tamale lacked flavor. The rice was tasty, my chicken taco large and full of chicken. I like the green and red salsa served with chips, especially the green. It’s like a cilantro salsa with great flavor.

Really THEBEST casual dining option in Redmond. Great food. Excellent service. Just polished off a lunch of Mole Poblano… they should give you a spoon to get every drop of the sauce(because my mother raised me to NOTLICK my plates clean.) Dinner time? Order off the Peruvian side of the menu. You will NOT be disappointed. I’ve tried everything, and it’s all awesome. Come back often until you’ve tried all of their cocktails. Don’t let the prices scare you; they are HUGE with a glass plus a shaker with more. Essentially two±for-one. My favs? Pisco Sour and Mexican Martini. The tamarind margarita(ask for the habanero infused tequila!) is a close third. A bit out of the way at the north end of town, but worth the time to find it and savor all they have to offer.

this place came highly recommended as my son has ate at the other Hola locations in Bend, and told me it was awesome. Here’s my experience: 1) forgot my beer, had to remind them 20 minutes later 2) black squiggly hair in my daughter in law’s margarita 3) my Baja burrito was very small and ordinary. had ground beef instead of shredded like on the menu. they asked if I wanted black beans. I said«yes» but they brought refried. 4) wife’s chicken salad was bland, and served on a piping hot plate, making the salad very warm and runny. 5) my son asked if they could make the carne asada plate into a burrito(they said yes), but it came NOT as a burrito. 6) they never checked on us ONCE. not even to give us a bill. had to go to the counter to pay. The homemade chips and salsa was GREAT! but all this lousy service and a so-so meal was not worth $ 85!!!(price included four drinks)

I went here once last summer with my grandmother and I’ve been dreaming of those shrimp enchiladas ever since! The portions given for our meals were awesome. I really enjoyed how the restaurant is set up and decorated — so cute! I can’t wait to go back!

The food is good. Interestingly different from generic Mexican. Cilantro salsa is the best! Place could use a good cleaning. We had a great window seat but the window was dirty on the inside! Bathroom was clean but floor was sticky.

This place had amazing food. The chips were hot, and we were served with two different types of salsa. One green and one red. Both of them were amazing. I ordered the halibut tacos, and they top my list as best fish tacos I have ever had.(And that is the one thing I always get, and have tried many times at many different places.) I will be back for sure to try other items!

Hola has some of the best staff, food and drinks in Redmond. The fajitas, carnitas & Carne Asada are the best around!

Ate lunch at Hola today. Food was good service was good. What else is there? OH yeah the chips were good salsa not so good. As usual too much food was served. OK for younger people not so for older people. I am for senior menus at all restaurants.

I had the nachos cubano and my husband had the portobello quesadilla. Both were amazing! The chips and salsa they bring to the table was some of the best I’ve had. Will definitely come back!

Love this place for the service, food quality, and, of course, the Margaritas. Try the tamarind.

I did not care for their food or service. I ordered a taco salad which was bland and not as fresh as I prefer. Our table of five was often forgotten and overlooked. I will not be returning.

My favorite restaurant in Redmond! I love all who work there. Will is hilarious and a great server, as is Jenni. We always have a great time when we go there. The ceviche is amazing. They make some darn good margaritas. They also have some super hot salsa. Love it!

Also just moved here from Bend and am so happy to see Hola! in Redmond. Tasty Mexican and Peruvian dishes served hot. We love the variety of fresh menu items/dishes to select from, the delicious salsas, and friendly wait-staff. Generous portions. Delicious flavors. Can’t wait to try the red cactus margarita. Hola! has never let us down.

This place is amazing! We went here twice this past week on a trip to visit family in Redmond. Both times the service was excellent. Between all of us & the 2 times we were there, we tried a good majority if the dishes. Every one was delicious! Everything was served hot & made with fresh ingredients. We were working around a few food allergies & they were more than happy to adjust the dishes to our needs. The margaritas were very good, multiple pitchers good. I will definitely be coming back on future trips too Redmond, & I know that my Redmond family now has a new favorite restaurant.

Just moved here from Bend and we love it better then the Eastside Location. Great family atmosphere and the food is excellent! Every time! Staff is way more friendly then the East Side location. We never have a problem being seated.

I’m sad to give Hola! A terrible review I love the Hola! Bend locations but the Redmond location is from another planet! I am a pretty forgiving person when it comes to food establishments as I have worked in food service– but this is the worst food I have eaten and the worst service I have had at a food establishment. My husband and I went to this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon– it was a ghost town inside-we were the only customers the entire time of our visit and when we walked up to be seated our hostess/server gave us a glare that would have stopped a bullet mid air — the whole time we were there our server was in a horrible mood. I felt like her attitude screamed«Why the $&@#! Are you here?» It was very uncomfortable– we even nicknamed our waitress Ursula. When she served our food you would have thought the table insulted her judging from the way she slammed our food on the table. My lettuce got some serious air time! Now the Food: My husband ordered a chimichanga which was mediocre but edible. I ordered chicken tacos with a side of rice– I have never before eaten food that instantly made me loose my appetite — the chicken was so bland, dry, and chewy. I felt like a can of dog food would have been more appetizing– after about 10 minutes of sitting there staring at my «tacos» I worked up the courage to try my rice– well I should have stuck to no food, the rice was dry, crunchy, and flavorless. I think the rice must have been sitting there since the night before. I offered my «food» to my husband and he couldn’t even stomach it. We also didn’t see our server again until we received our bill– well we saw her and heard her but she was busy talking with the cook/on her phone the whole time. I know I could have complained when we received our bill, but between our waitresses’s FU attitude and the bad food I just lost the will to fight. I hate to waste food and always take home any leftovers but I didn’t even want to bring it home for my dog :( Sadly Hola Redmond is now a longstanding joke between my husband and I when discussing food choices in Redmond. I will continue to frequent the Bend locations but every time I even drive by the Redmond one I get the chills

This place is a total gem. We just stumbled upon it after hiking Smith Rocks and were stunned by the quality of everything we tried. My husband ordered the Tamarind Margarita with the chili salt rim… we were blown away. We also had the Peruvian Fish stew and the Braised Pork with Yam stew. The portions were generous and so delicious! The service was excellent and they were so rightfully proud of the food and drinks they set on our table. The two salsas that are served with the basket of warm tortilla chips were hands down the best salsa we have ever had. I spooned the cilantro salsa on my rice… fantastic!

My girlfriend took me here because we were both craving Mexican food. It is a cool little place to get food. Good for both date nights and for family dinners. It does mexican food and peruvian food. Both are great options. I think many people think this is one of those classic mexican restaurants but in reality its a little more upscale. The owners you can tell worked very hard to make this special and unique and it really shows. Their pricing is more expensive that some of the other mexican places around town but to be honest it is worth the price increase for good food. They also do really great drinks so make sure to check out their cocktail menu. I had a rum drink and it was really refreshing. Portion size of the meals is also right on point. Free chips and salsa. Salsa is also very very good.
