Usually I don’t leave reviews but in this case I’m building a house and buying all my stuff from this company «unfortunately».
The service is the worst! Who is this Kym??? the most rude person I’ve ever met. I’ve been there twice trying to make a quick change on my order, of course on hurry because my house is almost done and this girl every time I was there she was so rude, sitting in front of the computer and she couldn’t help me not even to making an appointment. there is nobody else to help on this store?
I just call again trying again to make an appointment and unfortunately this girl again. After one more time she was rude I had to hang up the phone.
Please don’t go to this place! there are so many but don’t lose your time going over there.
Kym are you the owner? if you are, take some customer service lessons and if are not… this is not a job for you!!!

I stopped by to order some Kohler items for a bathroom remodel, and as I drove up one of the ladies, Kym, who works there, was leaving for lunch, leaving just one sales person. That salesperson advised making an appointment, because the poor sweet girl was swamped. I made one for 2 hours after I arrived, thus I went shopping for about 2 hours and came back.
Kym was sitting front and center at her desk, eating lunch! Kym did not want to be bothered in any way, and told me flat out I had no appointment. I had to show her on the list, that indeed I did. She was quite rude about it, and I flat out told her, look if you don’t want to help me, get me someone else. I wanted to mention no one in Kym’s job takes a 2+ hour lunch and is rude to paying customers.
Surprising enough, when I mentioned the highest priced fixture Kohler has Kym
actually stopped chewing on her salad, and perked up a bit.
Although I brought templates of the countertop that needed the new sink, Kym refused to help me in what size I needed.
Just to never go there again I also purchased a toilet set and ordered a new handle for another toilet. They whole time Kym was asking about ordering the IV Georges faucet set.
Well the sink did not fit! They would not take it back! I am scared the toilet is not going to fit, and I don’t know how I am going to deal with that.
Never got a call for the toilet handle…
This girl, Kym, who seems to fancy herself a bit too much, needs to learn that her customer is always right, and to APOLOGIZE when she, Kym, is totally wrong!
I gave her the option of not working with me, but she seemed to enjoy being witchy and rude during my time there.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO KELLER/​KOHLER, Kohler Bellevue, and Old and Elegant are now getting all my business, and making a nice amount out of it.

While the company asks for an appointment, we did not show up to the showroom with one. We were only there to browse afterall. When we asked to make an appointment, the sales person acted as if she could not be bothered. But, we thought… we did just «pop in» unannounced.
When we showed up for the appointment, we received good customer service… or so we thought. Turrns out the salesperson could have informed us that the bathroom fixutres we were ordering would not work for the configuration we had. That’s not soo bothering though…
When we were «fine tuning» the fixture layout, we made a few phone calls to get pictures of the fixtures we ordered (which I’m still waiting on) and whether the tub fixtures would work for our tub, only to find very bothered, unhelpful sales people. I was put on hold 3 times and finally transferred to another sales associate. When I discovered a third associate, I gave up. I decided I didn’t want to do business with them. It was as if the sales accociates could not be bothered with phone calls.
I do not recommend this business in any way.

Trevor in the Kitchen and Bath Showroom was very helpful with making our selections for our master bath remodel. Lots of brands to choose from and nice showroom displays
