I give them ZERO STARS!
I call to order tonight and wanted to make sure I had enough money so I told the person (female) to hold one one second so I could check my wallet. SHE HANGS UP ON ME! I call back and get another employee (male) and let him know I want to order our dinner (and not be hung up on this time) And he rudely informs me it’s dinner rush we don’t «hold“for people and he told me he instructed her to hang up on me.
I hung up. I work in customer service and I’m flabbergasted at the manner in which I’ve been treated. So wife calls and orders for us (she says he’s rude too) I get a 12 piece with 3 sides ‚(2 potatoes and gravies and Cole slaw) I get it home and I only have one gravy. So I call back again (call 4) where’s my other gravy sir? «Our 12 piece meal doesn’t come with 2 gravies“so now I have potatoes for 5 but not enough gravy. I would have bought more but didn’t know. This is such B. S!!! To treat your customers in this manner. And now you’ve lost a entire family of customers.
Not that I think kfc even really cares, we all have to eat? Right???
