Mike’s Cascade Towing

Mike has helped us a couple of times. We found him extremely helpful, professional and friendly! We no longer live in Redmond, which is sad since the drivers here in SoCal are not as friendly.

Zero stars. I’ve had 2 unpleasant encounters with Mikes.
1) I was in the bank downtown once when he nearly towed my own vehicle away. Obviously the bank was towing the vehicles of high school students suspected of using bank parking. Problem: I am not a hs student. I am 47. When I brought this to his attention he argued with me. Like I don’t know my own car? Or I forgot that I’m some kinda super senior? Uh huh. When I finally told him to go ahead and tow it, I’d be phoning the police in a minute he quit.
2) We gave Mike’s a 2^nd chance. That was a mistake. We called for a tow and he explained it’d be an hours long wait. I was fine enough with that. It was hot outside and I knew cars were overheating all over town. He finally came in the middle of the night, and towed it to HIS property claiming that he couldn’t find my address. My address is not difficult to locate. Even w/​o a GPS. He had disappeared with my truck for 2 days, and couldn’t find the time to return my calls until I threatened to call the police again. So unprofessional.
Calling the police seems to motivate Mike’s Towing.
