Amazing! This class was so much fun! I found Debbie while searching for Sushi making classes in Redmond. We were 3 couples wanting to learn how to make sushi. Debbie and her husband were remarkable and very accommodating to when we were available. Debbie gave us tips on how to buy fresh ingredients, where to buy, and how to slice and roll. She was very patient with all of our questions. Then we sat down at her dining table with hot tea and enjoyed the «rolls of our labor»! :) She even provided to-go boxes for… yes. left over sushi that we just couldn’t eat because we were so full! We all left chatting about the experience. We even brought a few bottles of wine and sipped away while making our sushi. Would highly recommend Debbie’s class!

Tried 2 classes. French macarons making and sushi. Both are hands on and were great! So much fun! Macarons were so tasty. Maybe tastiest i’ve had. The instructor is great. Very friendly and knowledgable. Her kitchen is very well equipped.
I learned a lot.
