Yes, it literally is as good as it gets. Great people. I trust them with my car. Recently I had a very minor problem and they made sure I got taken care of. Their customer service is indeed 5 Star. It’s so refreshing to go to a business where they actually give a hoot about me and my car. I’m so tired of ho-​hum customer service. In this day and age it seems that customer service is getting worse in so many ways. But not at this place, they’re bucking the trend and giving FIVE STAR service all the way.

Incredible customer service! Attendants talked us through every step of the process to make sure that understood what they were doing and answering any questions. The attendant showed us a in car air filter I didn’t know existed and changed it for us. As long as I live here I will only get my oil change done here!

Females and car places aren’t always the best combo. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who has little knowledge on cars. These guys took really good care of me. No up sell unless absolutely needed, and my car definitely needed it! Free oil top off’s until the next oil change, great service, shade to sit in (in my own car!), and no mechanics telling you to spend hundreds of dollars on irrelevant car parts. Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing some great service!

Came here in a pinch on my way back to Portland from Bend. My oil light went on and I was concerned I would break down on my way home. Even though they had 5 cars in line for oil changes, they helped me immediately and put in a quart of oil just to make sure I would be safe for my 3 hour drive over the mountain. Javier, the manager, was super helpful and didn’t even bat an eyelash when I asked them to assist me, even considering I didn’t want an oil change and wasn’t going to be a money maker for them. Thanks for great service!

Great team here, very quick and very nice. Happy to continue going to see them! They have helped me twice in the last year and remembered the recommendation they gave me last year as soon as I pulled up and got me started. They rush put with a paper and coupons which is pretty cool.

Deceptive business practices. I will never return to oil can Henry’s. First two out of the three employees I saw looked like they were tweaking meth users. Second, they said they could only put in synthetic oil because that was what the manufacture recommended. When I check the owners manual when I got home that was not true. Third, they tried to talk me into other services that they said were over due per manufacturers recommendations and again when I check the manual that was not true.
