Rapid Refill

THey are only delivery only and you can’t pick it up in the store anymore.

This place has great prices I was shocked. I will save my cartridges and bring them in and they always have what I need. I will never go anywhere else now that I found Rapid Refill. The staff are friendly and helpful. Every time you use your credit card portion goes to Susan G. Komen for the cure. So they are not only a green company but they give back to the community.

I came in to get a new cartridge for my printer, a printer that is only about 6 months old. The clerk said they did not have it in stock but would take my information and call med when it came in and it should be a couple days.
I call on Wednesday when they tell me it should be in, they still don’t have it in and they inform me they will call me when it comes in.
A week and a half later, after not hearing anything and getting frustrated with not having my printer, I call them to follow up. I am told they they can’t get it for me, and yeah they should have called me. I ask if I can come pick my cartridge up since there is a place in Bellevue who can take care of it for me, and they say they cannot find it.
I wish you could rate no stars; or ½ a star; since this was clearly not Rapid nor a Refill. If you need same day service unless they have it in-​stock, don’t even bother you can find it on line for cheaper, and probably get it faster.
