Redmond Airport Taxi Service earned their 5 Star Rating! Sam was very punctual and helpful when she picked us up at 3:45 in the morning for our super early departure to the airport. She showed up right on time with her flashlight shining the way for us, from our front door to her warm mini van. It was about 10 degrees out and there was a couple feet of snow, so she helped us with our bags, assuring that we didn’t fall. Sam was a skilled driver in these dangerous weather conditions. We also enjoyed her friendly and fun personality. Coming home, we had an equally great experience when Byron was there at the gate to pick us up from our flight back to Redmond. Byron helped us with our bags and was also courteous and kind. He is a longtime Bend local and really knows the area. What a great airport taxi service this is.
