The only time I go here is when I have no gas and they’re the only ones open. The gas is the most expensive in town, and you’re likely to see some sort of fight or something involving the cops getting called out. On top of that, the guy working the pumps is usually pretty rude, and you have to go inside to pay with a card. So if you’re in a hurry, or want to be treated like a valued customer, this place isn’t for you.

I am a working professional who lives in Redmond and works in Bend. I stop at this station probably 3 times a week on my way to work (around 6:30 am) and sometimes on my way coming home (around 4:30 pm). The «usual» morning person who works in the morning is the rudest customer service person I have ever met in my life. She acts like she is doing ME a favor by waiting on me OR she is complianing about her job and how her Co-​workers do not do their job each and every time. You walk in and she has nothing but a sour face on. When I stop in the late afternoon there is usually a huge line waiting to get their purchases purchased, the people behind the counter are either talking to their co-​workers, doing something with paperwork and money or just basically being lazy and slow. They only have 1 person who can ring up lottery so if you happen to ask for a lottery ticket with your other purchases you get this «Oh I can’t do that you will have to go over to the other register» then you stand there at the other register and wait and wait all the while the person who can ring up the Lottery is complaining to the other person or Manager or whoever happens to be back there at how this is so stupid that only one person can ring up Lottery THEN you get to hear «do you want to be reasponsbile for money that you aren’t ringing up». Ok first I am tired at 6:30 am, I want my coffee a smile and just to get in and get out of that place. Most unprofessional people I have ever met, lazy, rude and they definately do not help whoever owns that gas stations as I for one have had enough of being treated like I am working for them and I need to wait and I need to stand in a long line waiting to be helped while these employees stand behind the counter and COMPLAIN all the time about their jobs. Done over it never going back!

How bad can a gas station be? Terrible, I found out this morning. They tried to charge me for two sodas when I was only buying one, the surly guy outside didn’t want to give me a receipt for my gas and I had to wait for 10 minutes in the freezing cold. What an awful place.
