They answer their phone (real person) and answer any/all questions very politely. There is no need to go to the USPS, FedEx or UPS. These guys do it all and make you feel good about the transaction. They have a ton of various supplies and there aren’t any lines. I was so impressed with this establishment. SO GLAD I know about them. They’ll get all my business!

Mail Depot is amazing! The owner is always friendly, extremely helpful and super polite. Due to having negative interactions with both our local post office and local Postal Connections I decided to try Mail Depot and will be a life long customer. Never again will I make the mistake of going to either one of the other two. Highly recommend. Another positive… red swingline stapler.
