After having stayed in a number of storage units on the west side, I moved my stuff in here when I moved to Redmond. This is the worst place that I’ve ever kept my stuff as some of it was damaged by a rat. It turns out the cause was someone living in the same building and the management didn’t notice it until I pointed it out to them after my stuff had been destroyed. Complained to the chain’s manager, spoke with him in person and called back a number of times. And never received compensation for my destroyed items. Avoid this place if you value your things.
