Jerry and Cliff called me 30 minutes before the delivery. They showed up 30 minutes later, right on time. Unfortunately they had a king size bed to deliver. 4 sets of steps upstairs. A lot of work. They did this with a lot of effort and smiles on both their faces. I would recommend these two men to anyone.

Probably the worst company I’ve dealt with on any level. Ordered a plasma TV online, waited a week, RR gave me a 4 hour time window when they might deliver it, and oh by the way, they can only deliver with a SEMITRUCK. I said there was no way to navigate a semi in my neighborhood, so I offered to pick the tv up at the warehouse… In Redmond… I live in Bend. Drove to Redmond, picked up the TV, returned home to open the box and find the TV smashed up and inoperable. Ordered a replacement, but asked if the driver could give me a 1hour heads up and deliver to a more semi-friendly address… You know, super complicated stuff to grasp… The dispatcher said sure, no problem. On delivery day, the driver called, sounding stoned as f***, and said«we’ll be there in 10 – 15 minutes.» I dropped what I was doing, headed to the house, waited… Finally after 30 minutes or so, called the driver back. He said«well, we gotta stop down near Sunriver»… Which is about 30 minutes away. So… Here I sit, after about an hour, still no sign of the truck. P! ssed. Unilocal needs a zero star rating or some sort of «do not employ under any circumstances» type of review. This company is a bunch of clowns.

***Terrible customer service.*** They delivered a mattress we ordered from Costco to our house in Redmond OR. The delivery man(yes, just one man) drug the mattress up our driveway over 100 ft, ripped the packaging and marred the mattress in the process. Conveniently, he placed that side against the wall when he left it in the house. When trying to contact customer service I got the runaround for days. Scott was handling the case, but Mike would answer saying he would relay the message… never got a call back. The next day when I asked to speak to Scott, magically the case was transferred to Mike! Still no call back. Sounds a bit like that comedy routine«Who’s on First?» But when you have a useless $ 700 mattress sitting in your house, it’s not funny. Today we called and got the runaround with Mike and Scott, again. They said«I’ll call you back in five to ten minutes» Fifteen minutes later, WE called THEM. Still no resolution. Finally we received a phone call after another fifteen minutes, and they said they couldn’t handle the issue. They said they tried(though I doubt they tried very hard) contacting the people who work with Costco and contracted them to do the job. Eventually they just gave us the contact info for those people. So WE get to do the work for their screw up. What a waste of time. Could NOT get a straight answer, very shady and disorganized.
