They are constantly sending bills even after you have paid everything you needed at the appointment. I paid a balance in full and have the receipt and now 6 months later just received a bill for the exact two things I paid and it says we owe over $ 400. They are also very hard to get ahold of.

I’ve never had a problem here. Dr. Smith has been my dentist for probably a decade or so now, and I’ve had a perfectly fine history there. Their hours are kind of limited since they don’t have a ton of dentists on staff like some other places, but it’s never really been an issue for me.

This place is terrible. Not only do they do bad dental work, they are a billing fraud. they said I only paid $XX-​10 instead of the correct amount and then they sent me a bill for $ 10 three months later. I have the receipt!
They are terrible. I went in for a cleaning and they said i had to come back to get it and instead took forever to take a few xrays and measure my gums which i didn’t want done.
I had a filling come out needed to see a dentist asap. So i went back! Worst idea ever, they could see me same day but… when they repaired it they left a gaping hole that food got stuck in it and I am terrified to go back now.
However I stupidly did and because before I knew about the above problem, they told me i needed sealants and charged me $ 500 for them (no problem to begin with) and afterwards my teeth hurt more than ever.
I swear they should not be in practice… I am never going back ever ever ever. This place is what gives dentists a bad name.

Great place, had a wonderfull experience. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable, gentle and professional. Will go back.

These people are lying to the insurance company and saying I was getting periodontal maintenance instead of a basic preventative cleaning, which my insurance company won’t cover. Changing dentists now. Also I’ve only ever spoken to the actual dentist there for maybe 5 minutes in the 4 or 5 times I’ve been. The guy who cleaned my teeth talked about annoying stuff the whole time I was a captive audience..

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The dentist himself is nice enough. The higeinists are friendly. Cindy, the woman at the front desk is a NIGHTMARE. She is one of the worst human beings I’ve ever had to interact with. She’s rude, impatient, condescending, disrespectful and horrible every time. I went there for years, but now I wouldnt go there if they were the last place on earth, just because of her. I cant stand one more interaction with her. I’ve heard other patients say the same thing!
