Supercuts

I just got a haircut here and I must say that not only I got the worst haircut of my life but I guess the worst part was getting a hair cut from one of the most rude and ill-​mannered person I have seen in my life. There is a guy hairdresser with a punk haircut who cut my hair and he not only messed up my hair but also was extremely rude. Maybe he had an assumption that if I am brown he does not need to behave well with me but I must remind that supercuts is in consumer business and there is no way you can treat customers like this

Worst place. Stay away these stylist smoke and smell like shit. The charge you for service they do not perform. Adding in charges that were not discussed before. On top of that do such a poor job that you will reject having gone and visited. Stay away from these unprofessional stylist.

(review by susan, not richard) Went in to have them repair a terrible haircut that it turns out had been done 2 weeks before which exceed their limit for corrections — so two stylists (and I use the term loosely) lectured me loudly in front of other customers. They did try to fix it but the fix was awful too — just to be gracious, I praised it and tipped… and left — never to return!!! Now that Pzazz is closed I need to find a new salon… this will not be it. The stylists are rude, lacking in talent and you walk out of there wanting to put a bag over your head! If there were an option for less than a one star, I would use it!

Worst experience every time we get here. Very rude folks. Completely unprofessional. They have no value for others time. We had an appointment at 5 and they asked us to come in few early, so went in at 4:50pm. Been waiting since then. They take in people in random order. Why do they even make reservations???
They defy lost one regular customer. Such places that do not have customer service or any basic ethics need to shut down.

This is the worst place ever to get a haircut! And I’m not exaggerating by any means. In fact, being a Bellevue resident for almost 4 years, I have been regular customer there. Back until 2012, I used to get a great haircut, very polite and at times funny people who knew how to make you look good. However, things started to go south pretty rapidly after new hair stylists joined (including a chunky white girl). My haircut felt rushed almost every time I went there and I had to literally walk them through how I wanted my hair to look, even though I don’t experiment with my hair style that much. That less-​than-​healthy girl cut my hair once and when I told her it needed some more work, she have me an odd stare before reluctantly sniping away. Next time, booked an appointment an hour in advance and when I turned up for the cut, they immediately seated someone who walked in right after me. On confronting them, I was told in a matter-​of-​fact way that the other guy had an appointment earlier than me (and he was late for his appointment!). it was almost 8 in the night and I had no plans of waiting another 40 mins sitting there. I told them to cancel my appointment and walked right out. I haven’t gone back ever since and have no intentions of going back either. Btw, I’m 3 haircuts short of their «free cut» so if someone needs my punch card, drop me a message. I take no responsibility of how you might look like afterwards!

Yes, this place do not honor call-​in appointment nor walk-​in. Specially chinese old lady name Sue. She just picks whoever she wants to cut.

If you call or go in to this Supercuts to make an appointment or reservation for a specific time, be warned that they do not honor appointments or reservations, even if they tell you they do!
I took my boys here to get their hair cut. Arrived at 3 PM, and the girl told me it would be a 45 minute wait. She suggested I make a reservation for 4 PM, and then I could leave and come back at 4 so we won’t have to wait. Sounded great, especially having kids with me! So, she wrote my boy’s names down, we left.
We came back at 3:55. At 4:20 PM (20 minutes past our reservation time, and note they had taken 2 other customers between 4:00 and 4:20 PM) they called yet another customer’s name, not one of my boy’s names. I spoke up and said I had a reservation/​appointment for 4 PM, and it’s now 4:20, so we should be next. The girl said, «Oh, it’ll be probably another 25 minutes!» This means we will have waited yet another 45 minutes, which is what we COULD have done at 3 PM, but the girl told us to come back at 4 PM at our «reservation» time.
The girl who told me to make a reservation was there, and her exact words, «we don’t guarantee our reservations… the people we called up before you had reservations before your reservation.» Well, if they don’t guarantee their reservations, they should not even make reservations. It should be just a «walk in only» business. I told them to cancel our «reservation», and we were leaving. I told the ladies working there that they have lost our business for good and I would be giving a poor review on Unilocal.They didn’t care at all, in fact they had the «not my problem» attitude, so that alone says something about the low level of service here. I would hope the owner of this Supercuts will read this review and make some changes in their customer service training, if there is any type of training. The people who work here are causing Supercuts to lose business.
Basically, they don’t understand what a reservation means, and they don’t know how to manage «reservations» (ie, if you only have 3 people cutting hair, it doesn’t take rocket science to know to not make 10 reservations for 4 PM).
They have lost our business for good! I have gone here before to get our boy’s hair cut, and rarely have we had a good experience. The only reason I’ve kept coming back is because it’s close to where I live, and it’s cheap. But, this one experience broke the bank and I will never go there again, and I’ve told my friends to not go there… it’ll just be a waste of time and frustrating service.
If you have kids, go to The Hair Chair about 1 mile (across from Crossroads Mall) from this Supercuts. We went right after this experience, and they only had a 10 minute wait, the people were SO nice AND they have punch cards where you get a free hair cut after 10 cuts. And, my boy’s hair cut was much much much better here than Supercuts, and their prices are the same. 1,000 times better than Supercuts.

My bad luck I went to supercut looking at their website! I had the worst ever hair cuts there. One side was cut too much and the other side was hardly cut. She is the oldest of all the ladies there occupying the last chair. My hairs are all unevenly cut on top and I am ashamed of going out with this. I wasted my 18 dollars.

Bad, the girls keep giggling and talking all the time and messed up my hair. Never going again
