Dr. Tran started off fine, but she then did a contact fitting without my knowledge that it was an additional 50 dollars. She only told me this after when she charged me. Additionally, she miscorrected my prescription for my contact lenses. After about a month of horrible headaches and blurriness due to the incorrect prescription, I paid to go to another optometrist who corrected my prescription. I had to buy more contact lenses (and throw out the 6 months worth of contact lenses that i paid for at Target through Dr. Tran. I am very disappointed. I felt that she just wanted to change my prescription for the sake of «doing something» other than a regular check up during my appointment (or perhaps for the additional $ 50 dollars). I have not returned since and I do not recommend this optometrist.

Amazing Experience — Judith (typo in her name)
We went to buy one, but ended up buying two pairs.
The service was just exceptional, good honest feedback, no sales pressure. For a little while I thought I was at Nordstorms.
There was mistake in our order (missing antiglare), they agreed to replace the lenses (after paying the difference). Everybody makes mistakes, but it is how you deal with it that makes you great (in this case).

They don’t even deserve 1 star for service.
Got here and THEY cancelled my appt. I called in the morning to give my insurance information and they couldn’t take the call because they were too busy and needed to call me right back. They never did call back so I showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment time. I looked on the desk and saw the note stating to call me back. They decided to schedule someone else in my spot since they didn’t have my insurance info because THEY didn’t call me back — TERRIBLE service, just schedule someone else in my spot and not bother to call to say ANYTHING??? 40 minute drive for nothing except to get my blood boiling!!!
