Ten Peaks Salon and Spa

I needed hair and face done last minute for a wedding. I recently moved to the area and called Ten Peaks based on other reviews. I’ve been looking for someone to take on my unruly hair and hyper-​sensitive skin for some time and have finally found them! These guys are great!
Daphne fit me in for what I thought would be a quick trim and highlight same day, stayed late for me not even starting until 5:30. Despite the fact that the salon was closing up for the evening soon, she commenced a more appropriate alternative to what I was asking for and I am so glad she did. I make no effort to style my long, dry, finicky hair, so the cut and color are important when it dries naturally half curly-​half straight. I told her what I liked, my normal routine and to just go for it– whatever she thought would be best. Amazing! Best cut and color I have ever had and she was acutely conscious of my problems with oily hair products making my face and neck break out (much appreciated) during the process. First person ever to not continually snag my earrings while cutting and styling. She stayed super late, two rounds of color, then a trim and style and was delightful company the entire time. Gave me great advice on hair care while color processed. Made sure what she did for me would look fabulous for the wedding, but grow out naturally (grey hair included) as I cannot always get to the salon as often as I should. I am beyond happy with everything she did and I will most certainly be back to see her as soon as I can!
Sherry also fit me in for a brow wax just prior to my haircut and was willing and able to expand that appointment to complete a full face wax. Even though I knew some of the hairs were too short, she made a very successful effort to get everything she could. Best face wax I have ever had. My skin is so sensitive and I have painful cystic acne, I always break out terribly after waxes; this wax caused the most minimal breakout ever. Very clean, comfortable and professional experience. Sherry went out of her way to take good, careful care of me and my skin, and gave me great skin care advice while waxing. She is very conscientious, knowledgeable and skilled!
The salon was quiet, clean, comfortable and beautifully done. I have lived in high-​end ski resort towns (Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Stowe, Mammoth Lakes) for the last 16 years and am used to high-​end salons. I found one in Redmond for half the price! I will be back for sure! A big thanks to both these wonderful ladies!

Being from SoCal, I was anxious and hesistant to go to a new nail person as I don’t always like to go out of my comfort zone. But the reviews and pictures pushed me to come here. This place was super easy to find, the salon/​spa looked almost like a home! Walking in, the place felt really homey. Somewhere I’d feel comfortable hanging for hours! I met the mom, Sherry. She did my eyebrows and was so professional. She warned me before that if I was PMSing it’d hurt more but it barely hurt! She did a great great job on my eyebrows. Then she guided me into a different room just for nails and Rachel was there. She was so kind and warm! Which is something I don’t get a lot at all in SOCAL.
Rachel and I spoke about what I wanted, she gave me some suggestions as I told her I wanted something different as I was always getting the typical one. She showed me two different blues and I loved it. She asked me questions about my life and all. She was so warm and sweet! She just got married too and I did too! I don’t meet a lot of married people thesedays but that was a nice thing to bond over. Gushing over our men! Haha.
I so so wish I was a resident of Redmond!!!
I would definitely come here every month to prettify my nails and eyebrows. Next time I come for a visit to see my father in law and step mother in law, I’m definitely going here. Maybe I’ll even take my step mother in law!
Prices are affordable. Eyebrows were only about ten bucks which is super great. Nails costed me about 35. I did have gel nails on before I came so Rachel just cleaned the nails and added color so it might be a bit more for those who don’t have any.

I just moved to Central Oregon and was so nervous because I was losing the girls I had over in the valley. I asked around and was Ten Peaks was recommended to me. I got my nails done by Raquel and had a Brazilian from Sherry and all I can say is OH MY GOSH WOW! Both of them were wonderful– that can be a bit of an awkward experience but I felt completely comfortable the whole way through and my nails have never looked better. Cannot say enough good things– prettiest salon in town, best staff, great prices– it’s like hanging out with your girlfriends for the day.

Raquel is amazing! She’s so talented with nails and I will be going to her and 10 peaks for all of my needs! This place is beautiful and so well kept. I had a facial done by Sherry and it was so relaxing.
I would recommend anyone to 10 peaks. There is plenty of parking and even the outside is beautifully maintained.

Best manicure I’ve ever had! I am very hard on my nails and usually break them between fills but not anymore! Raquel loves what she does and it shows in her work! I highly recommend Ten Peaks Salon!

I had a wonderful and super relaxing 90 minute AromaTouch treatment from Starla. I was so relaxed after just the AromaTouch part that when she started the massage I found myself falling asleep and drooling on the floor (sorry lol). I would so recommend a massage from Starla to anyone. So amazing!

First time ever having my nails professionally done, I absolutely love them! Raquel did an amazing job, just like the picture I brought her!!! Such a wonderful first experience, I will be going back to Ten Peaks!!! Thank you so much!!!

Raquels’ business is her true passion. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my nails. She really takes her time to find what is going to work perfectly for you and make sure that you have the most incredible experience at an affordable price. Raquel is very accommodating to time and making sure that you receive every service possible. Her skin care line Raw Beauty is something I swear by and use every day. It is worth EVERY penny. With all natural ingredients it is real food for your skin just like her label says. my face cleared up in days of using the product and has continued to stay clear. I am happy to give this girl a 5 star rating.

Fabulous nails! What a great find. Happened onto Ten Peaks via the Unilocal posting and I’m so glad I did. Raquel did my nails and I can’t say enough good things about her, her salon, her expertise, and her gracious professional manner. Her salon is brand new and absolutely beautiful. Professional and friendly staff and all around A++++ experience.
