We stopped off for breakfast this morning because of the great reviews. This restaurant is amazingly good

Great food and wonderful service by the staff… Coffee was just the BEST!!! Great bookmark for Breakfast in Redmond Oregon next to the Airport

My girlfriends and I just had an exceptional experience in this Pancake House. The entire environment was friendly and fun. We were lucky enough to sit at Traci’s table. She was full of smiles, laughs, and great energy. Traci and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our breakfast special.

Absolute breakfast snob here so I normally won’t waste money on eating that meal out. Just never matches my expectations.

Hello Pancake House! (Yeah yeah, they don’t have real maple syrup but I’ll give them a pass on that one.)
Pineapple Pancakes? Yes please! Admittedly I didn’t like the ‘warm tropical syrup’ that much but the cakes are so fab with that pile of melted butter and powdered sugar that I didn’t even need the stuff. Our lovely waitress offered me a Junior Plate which was three of the cakes with bacon or sausage or eggs or … yup, they’ll pretty much custom make and mix anything there for you. I went for the bacon. $ 7.75 for two strips of the meatiest best bacon I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant plus three nicely sized pineapple pancakes. As far as breakfast out goes, that’s a darn good deal.
Other plates at the table included a super fluffy ham and cheese omelet — you have to see these suckers to believe it, cherry crêpe and corned beef. We didn’t try the corned beef, and it didn’t look like something we’d order (preference for style-​wise only). Overall though once the food arrived, rather quickly at that, it got real quiet until half was gone. «Don’t bug me, eating.»
Friendly staff. Any waitress at a breakfast place that calls everyone ‘hun’ is 5-​star in my book!
Coffee refill offers bordered on insane… maybe we all looked tired. :) We were also right by the front door and by the kitchen entrance so that could’ve been more the reason why. Had a nice chat with the owner while we waited for our other eating companions. Explained why he opened his own franchise, had a lot of faith in the company and the quality of the items they served.
Next time? Apple pancake thingy WILL be ordered. Bam.

That, and just about every pancake and/​or egg dish and combination you can imagine. Warm syrup, massive portions, incredible food, good service, clean establishment, efficient and happy employees. .. everything here should be used as a benchmark for other breakfast restaurant wannabees.

Fast and friendly service, delicious breakfast! On a Sunday morning, the restaurant was very busy, but we didn’t wait long for a table. The appearance of the restaurant is very clean, our server was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the strawberry waffle and, wow. I was in food heaven. I also ordered the scrambled egg whites and it was quite tasty doused with chipotle and green Chile tabasco sauce. My partner ordered the Joe (spinach and egg scramble) and it was just as tasty. We’ll be coming back!

OMG yes!!! They have hands down my favorite pancakes anywhere and they bring you a little thingy of WARM syrup. sugar free available upon request. and don’t get me started on the omelette … they’re HUGE and delicious. the way they make them so fluffy but with a lightly crispy outside is a mystery to me. the BACON I order mine crispy and they get it RIGHT!
TIP… THEY SELL THE BACON BY THE POUND. GET SOME TO GO and you can make it for yourself everyday. it’s cheap to. I want to say 5 bucks a pound but don’t quote me on that :)

Good service, great food, portions were big enough to have a to go box, atmosphere was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be returning customers!

This is the BEST place for breakfast/​brunch in Central Oregon! Pancakes are light and fluffy, generous portions; big, thick slabs of bacon. Great coffee, too! Eggs Benedict are superb! You just can’t go wrong here!

Wonderful breakfast! We were seated promptly. Hot coffee served and refilled. Plenty of waitresses and staff. Service was impeccable! Would definitely go there again.

Great pancakes and breakfast menu items. Classic! Pancakes are better than the average breakfast restaurant in 3 countries thus far. Have never had a bad experience in either location (Bend or Redmond). They are a hoppin’ restaurant with good reason. Good place to stop for travelers (great to-​go), adults, kids, seniors. Big portions. They close by 2 p.m.

Wonderful friendly atmosphere, plus amazingly awesome cherry crepes filled with a not too sweet mixture of cherries and juice reduction… the thick bacon is not at all greasy and the coffee is definitely worth a second cup… it fills up quickly but is definitely worth driving to and discovering… how good is it? I came to eat four times in two weeks in two different locations 75 miles apart! My only complaint? Three crepes were too much of a good thing… better to do just one crêpe, an order of bacon and coffee.

Bring your appetite, this is one of my favorite places to grab breakfast. They give a lot :)
We had breakfast here just before we hit the road back home to Santa Rosa. Everything was delicious! Their bacon is thick and not super greasy. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes with a side of bacon and eggs. The main dishes are pancakes (duh, it’s a pancake house) and you add on other items like bacon, eggs, hash… etc. It can get expensive, but our waitress was super friendly and helpful and cut us deals. So, I actually ended up having bacon and eggs with my pancakes instead of a ‘side order’ of them. If you’re not super hungry, you can easily split what I ordered with another person.
Quaint country décor makes you feel warm and welcome. Plenty of parking in the lot.

Had a meal there Sat June 6, not good at all, the coffee was horrid, ordered pigs In a blanket and I had to ask for butter, now who would eat pancakes without butter and syrup? The hash browns were like boiled and then fried potatoes we asked for some ketchup and she never brought it. I have to say the eggs were good and cooked just as we asked, we will not eat there again.

We found our new breakfast place in Redmond. The food is so good. We had eggs Benny and pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Everything was wonderful. The wait staff was very attentive and the food was quick.

Had a very expensive breakfast there this morning ordered the strawberry pancakes. It came with just dry strawberries on top of a couple pancakes was charged $ 10.75. Asked for a side of bacon that was $ 6.50 with coffee breakfast was $ 20 probably will not go back

Great breakfast place with lots of breakfast options. Their omelettes are huge and fluffy filled with cheese and your choice of breakfast meats or vegetables. I have never been to a place where there is so much stuff in an omelette. Also, there is a large variety of pancakes, which are huge and fluffy. Everything is yummy.
There are lots of wait staff to fulfill your every need. Coffee and beverages are full and food to brought out hot and fresh. Everyone has a smile on their face and seem to really enjoy working and serving you.
The restaurant is very clean, bright and nicely decorated, as are the restrooms. I was impressed at how clean the restaurant floors are, despite all the traffic that goes in and out here. There was nothing on the floor. No spills and no food. Wow!
Come hungry or you will be taking a lot of food home in a dog bag. What a great place for breakfast.

Perfect! No complaints. We showed up about 40 minutes before they closed as a party of 6. There were just a couple people left in there closing up their tabs. Traci, our waitress, was awesome.
The food was exceptional. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The flight of flavored syrups was equally delicious. Over easy eggs were cooked perfectly. The kitchen was just completely on point with every item that came to the table. Even the surprise free bacon! We were told that when the chef saw six people walk in, he threw some bacon on guessing we would order some. Somehow, we didn’t. Sacrilegious in retrospect. Traci still brought it to our table. It was cooked perfectly. Not crunchy, not chewy, melt in your mouth bacon.
It was the perfect breakfast for a band just passing through town.

Hmmm… So I asked the waitress what comes with the pancakes… Nothing, just pancakes. 9 $ for pancakes alone?! I guess they’re really big. However, who can eat that much straight pancake?!
Anyway, I ended up getting a single pancake with some proteins. Service was fine, food was decent. With so many other, special breakfast choices in the area, I don’t foresee coming back.

Very clean, very fast and very good! We had Dutch Baby, and hash browns with fresh fruit. Our waitress was very helpful in ordering and friendly.
The price was average for breakfast.
We enjoyed the personal service!
