I’ve been to this place twice when I was at wild ride.
The first time, I had an amazing burger that I was literally texting my friends about! It was honestly so delicious.
The second time what I got was simply a greasy, sloppy, gross mess of pulverized meat. It wasn’t even a patty. The bacon jam was simply overwhelming and helped to add to the soupy, soggy mess. I tried to eat it with a fork. Picked out a few of the larger pieces of burger and tossed it in the trash.
Also, I know it’s strange but I HATE how the guy hollers your name through the crowd when your meal is ready. It’s obnoxious and embarrassing.

I echo Ben C. I have to name this burger – the Bacon Blue – the best burger I have ever eaten. The chef grinds the meat thicker than usual burgers from exceptionally good quality meat. The texture was almost like BBQ brisket. Think, a steak, but in a burger. Then the blue cheese, bacon jelly, and slaw and you have this culinary masterpiece. I will say, I won’t be having dinner tonight!

Hands down the BEST burger in Central Oregon! Local beef, local buns, local ingredients! AMAZING Burger! A must try when in Redmond! Owner is a one man show and the service was quick. Amazing flavors, as I was sitting there enjoying my burger people all around were raving about flavors and being the best burger they have ever had! Seriously amazing food cart/​brewery combo! AMAZING!

Tried their food at the new Wild Ride brewery where they are parked. We were really looking forward to finally getting to try their menu. The customer service was poor and sad to say the burgers and the grilled cheese were not any better. I love bacon jam but not when it is bitter, it tasted burnt. In addition to my bacon jam, cheese and bacon sandwich our group had 3 burgers and everyone said that they really had no flavor. It was a great time sitting and enjoying the brewery though.

Wow… I got to eat from their truck at the Bend Brewfest and their burgers are AMAZING! Tim, the owner, grinds chuck and sirloin together fresh everyday and seasons the meat just right. Amazing flavor and quality, if you are looking to try the best burgers in central Oregon I say you HAVE to try his location during the week in Redmond and make sure to get his «Bacon jam» on your burger or grilled cheese, WOW!

Three words. Delicious yummy goodness! Best burger around. I’ve had the bacon blue burger, and a bacon jam grilled cheese. This is now my go to burger place.
