Trend Kill

I have come in here a few times and always recieve courteous service and plenty of guidance with respect to piercings and care. They have a moderate selection of jewelery and tunnels to choose from in an attractive display.
The piercing service is very professional and clean. My piercing to a slightly larger gauge healed perfectly. I have at least one more on my agenda and that’s where I’ll be headed.

Cool looking shop. That’s about the only positive thing I have to say. I was super disappointed with the service. Called in the morning to talk to someone about getting a piece done. I was told I would receive a call back and never did. Still haven’t at the end of the day. I decided to just go into the shop since I live nearby. When I walked in I was not greeted or asked what I was coming in for. There were a couple people already in the shop to get piercings so I took a seat and waited patiently. The next person who walked in behind me was greeted and helped in front of me and I sat for 30 minutes in that shop without acknowledgement and watched as 3 customers who came in after me were greeted and helped and seemed to be friends with people who worked in the shop. After 30 minutes I finally decided to speak up and asked if I could look at a tattoo portfolio. I was casually told she would go get it for me but before doing so yet another customer walked in the door and she proceeded to help them in front of me. Super rude service and super frustrating when all I was trying to do was find somewhere to drop a few hundred dollars on a piece. Got up and walked out and will not be returning or recommending.

LOVE Trend kill!!! Have gotten many piercings here and wouldn’t trust anyone else but Luke to put holes in me. Definitely best, most professional place in central Oregon. Had many friends also return to Trend Kill to get pierced many times. Plus Luke is hot.
