a 12 ounce bag of Golden Berries. It ended up being a price mistake and instead of saying «sorry» they tried to send me a 1.8 ounce bag and act like nothing happened. Scummy move!

I called Vitamin Life this morning to find out if they have a discount code available for their site. I was going to order a hefty amount of vitamins and I was looking for a discount if it was available. The person on the phone got very defensive and told me they have no discount because are their vitamins are already deeply discounted. I knew this wasn’t true because I already did a price comparisons at many different sites. I told her that and she got defensive and said «what you see is what you get here» Who says that to a customer? They won’t be getting my business.

Vitamin Life is my go-​to for anything medicinal. They are very careful about which products they choose to sell. The staff is very kind and very knowledgeable. They don’t push customers into buying products. I love this place. Thank you for being here!

I Hope You Are a Patient Person
They often don’t have things in stock that they should and which you order all the time so when you do place an order, some things don’t come. You wait and wait and wait and then they eventually do come and they don’t charge you extra for the shipping.
This is not an isolated incident but if you order a number of supplements, YOU WILL have this happen to you.
So plan ahead at least a month out and you should be fine. Or find another vendor that actually has most things in stock. The prices are usually low but can find cheaper prices at that place that rhymes with Tabazon.

I don’t know why this place is rated so high. I visited the retail store due to the high reviews here on Unilocal.The store seemed disorganized, and lacked a lot of variety. The Whey was easily 10 – 20 dollars more than reasonable price. I drove over to the nearby Vitamin Shoppe and picked up my protein there instead.

Great prices, wonderful staff. I was looking for a protein shake and the woman who helped me was so kind and helpful. She knew all about the different brands. This was my first visit to Vitamin Life, and I would definitely return!

This store is the best place to get products over the counter. Rhea and Bernie are the most knowledgeable. If they dont know the answer to my question they will research it! They are local too. I love that

Just stopped her for the first time today. It’s way bigger than I expected inside and they carry tons of good stuff. I decided to pop over after another pharmacy retailer in this plaza wouldn’t honor a price on their website. Found the vitamins at Vitamin Life for less!

I would give this store negative numbers if it were possible. Their tricky website got me to pay extra for two day shipping, which was fine, because I needed these items after surgery.
But when the products didn’t show up, I was rudely told they basically didn’t care, that it had already shipped «ground» and that I would just have to wait five days.
There is absolutely no competence or even professionalism from this company. Avoid them. There are too many quality sellers out there.

I’ve ordered from them twice: once through Amazon and later directly from their web site.
The Amazon order arrived with the wrong product variation (scent) which we traced to a problem with Amazon’s listing for the product. What I appreciated was how accommodating my VitaminLife rep was in canceling the backordered items and not even requiring a return of the one item shipped.
The second order arrived promptly and as described. I’ll happily order from them again.

I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with this store, that’s why I never became a regular customer, even though I’ve lives across the street for almost 3 years now. The aisles are too narrow, the store is too unorganized, smells funny, and the attendants haven’t been helpful.
Tonight, after I came inside the store for a couple of nut bars, I was constantly ignored by both attendants, who were too busy chatting with customers to even acknowledge I was there — a «I’ll be with you in a minute» would suffice, but they didn’t even look at me. One of the attendants was at the cashier, checking out the customer’s items, while doing a one-​on-​one doctor’s appointment right there and blabbing some bull* about intestines and gas. The other attendant went to the other register to check out another customer, also did not acknowledge I was there waiting, also kept doing her impersonation of a doctor, and finally called another customer who had just come in and wasn’t even in line. I just walked out to never return.

I walked into this store looking for some vitamins my husband asked for. Not only did they point me exactly to the correct spot immediately, they also knew the current news on the supplements and answered my questions about allergies and honey.
They also hold nutrition related classes at the store and provided a handout of what was upcoming.

This is a fantastic store. Not only do they offer a great selection, the staff is very knowledgable AND helpful; and to top it off they have the best prices in town. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Love the people who work here, love the products and most of all love how knowledgable they are. They are well educated in their field and I feel totally safe asking questions about anything they carry.
Been going here for years even when it was in Woodinville. I am totally loyal to them they have never let me down.

Nice little vitamin/​supplement shop right by Trader Joe’s. It is very well stocked and even had a nice clearance section. It does look like there is room to expand, so perhaps they’ll get even bigger (as of now, the aisles are a little narrow in the currently used portion of the store). The staff is friendly and helpful and I didn’t feel like they were trying to force any of the items on me when I was there (I do get this feeling in other places where they hand me an item instead of just pointing out where it is when I ask). They had some clearance holiday teas that caught my eye — couldn’t ask for a better deal on that really! I also found some incense in an aroma (flavor??) I rarely am able to find, so I ended up with a little impulse purchase too. There was also a «freebie» sample basket up front — always fun!

Have always had good experiences online as well
as in store. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

). I buy Aubrey Organics brand. All of it is discounted drastically on this site. If I go to my local Whole Foods, Aubrey Rose Hip Seed Oil is $ 20. If I buy it from this place it’s only $ 9. Holy moly! So I buy all my Aubrey here and after shipping (around $ 5) it is still less than if I drove to buy it.
Turn around /​delivery time has never been an issue for me. I expect a week and plan ahead accordingly. I love to save money. You can pay extra for quicker ship times which I don’t do.
