Walmart Supercenter

I don’t know what is wrong with this store. Wonderful, giant huge store with a massive selection. HUGE Food section, amazing selection and variety. But the employees look like they work in the bad end of a sewage collection plant. Scowling unhappy faces. There was one very nice looking older woman, about 72 years old checking one day, and she looked so terribly tired. I know the feeling, I’ve worked on my feet 14 hours a day. I was very nice to her, told her what I’d learned over the years (from nurses) about great shoes that really help. She narrowed her eyes and looked at my suspiciously, and said, «The only people that are nice to me are trying to steal something. What are you trying to steal?» Oh my God, just amazing. I’ve seen some employees there now for over three years, I always smile and say hello, never once has any of them smiled or been friendly at all. And this you understand is in Redmond, a place where the great majority of people are friendly and happy. This is a happy place, a very very good place. The atmosphere of the employees is unhappy. Oh and I had a problem, I bought 4 of one item along with a ton of stuff. I got home and checked the receipt, they’d charged me for 5. I went back and nicely told someone, they took the receipt and said wait. I waited. About 20 minutes later I asked what was going on? He said, «They’re reviewing the tape». After 45 minutes he came back and said «I’m sorry, they decided you bought 5 of the items.» He suggested I look under the car seats, etc. which I did. Of course I knew how many I’d bought. Hey, these things happen but 45 minutes to review the tape, and treat me like a criminal? 26 years as a Federal law enforcement officer, I’m not used to such treatment. We only go there when it’s the best price there, and if it’s close we’d rather pay a bit more than have to go there.

It is not worth the effort to save one dollar to shop here. The chicken I bought here set my BBQ on fire. There is no organic food selection. They do not carry quality brands in the clothing department. Kids shoes fall apart in a week.
The employees are obviously miserable and can you blame them? I know their emloyee policies and pay grade and do not support this business no matter how cheap their plastic crap is.

Shitty service, uncaring employees and only 4 registers open do not a store make. If not for the lower prices (and even that’s a stretch) I would never step foot inside.

I go to this Walmart every once in awhile as I work close by. It sucks eggs big time. The SERVICE is terrible. The staff doesn’t seem to know anything, and some won’t even make eye contact with you so you have to make a serious effort if you want something. **the exception here, is the bakery & deli. These folks must be managed differently as they seem to know what they’re doing and they strive to be helpful**. The rest of the store sucks. One day while shopping late in the evening I overheard an employee chewout (I was in the next aisle and it’s obvious they didn’t know anyone was listening). I listened while these employees chewed out someone else 3 to 1 in an intimidating manner. I finally stepped out so they could see me and it was obvious the Walmart thugs had been enjoying the unpleasant encounter. They forgot that the customer forced to listen while shopping, was not. This wasn’t the first time. And the restrooms are perpetually gross. I refuse to use them ever. The parking lot yesterday was full of gum and used tampons. Yes! Used tampons.
The store seems to have an hostile underground checks and balances system to reign in employees. Kinda big corp– big America style.
I go in there as little as possible. Not interested in these kinds of big businesses.

No Star — ick Vibe — MANAGEMENT should all be fired for allowing such a horrible atmosphere. For the few good employees — I feel sorry for you. Must be a horrible place of work. ATT: Wal Mart. Corp., I will NEVER shop you again. 3 times last year /​1 time this /​Future-​NEVER

This store %#*^€¥ sucks. Never before have I been treated as if the employee is doing ME a favor by my shopping there as I have at this Wal Mart. Their products #%^*+ suck, their service #£€¥*% sucks, why bother to return? There’s absolutely no reason to subject yourself to the subpar service and inferior products offered here. The clientele is, what can I say, not the classiest? Today alone a rude, old cashier couldn’t be bothered to give me one smile, but rather a hard time. Her buddy cashier behind her joined in and she even had a friend jump my ass when I responded to her rude demeanor in kind. Her friend admonished me for not being nicer to people. What a joke at the store that takes the cake in the biggest lack of courtesy a customer can find throughout Redmond, except maybe at Big R. I quit shopping there and, thank god, Wal Mart is next. Their shady business practices have long been repulsive to me anyway. Human beings and animals suffer so customers can save a few cents on crappy merchandise? F$&@ you, Wal Mart, and your uneducated, unprofessional staff and clientele too. Anyone who shops there has their head too far up their own ass to be believed.

My review is for ONLINE! I am so over buying from Walmart. I purchased an item ¹²⁄₃ with delivery 12/​9, then it changed 12/​11, then 12/​13, then 12/​15, then 12/​17, then ¹²⁄₁₉ and now ¹²⁄₂₆. They won’t issue refund and won’t give me a reason. Obviously the package is lost!!! I will wait till 30 days are over and fight it on my credit card! They just don’t care. You can tell the character of a company by how they handle an issue. They just don’t want to go the extra mile to find out where my package is and why it’s not being delivered. They have gotten too big for their own good. As a rule I don’t go to Walmart or shop their as I feel their employees are underpaid and have had employees at the Redmond Walmart say this to us. That they can’t eek out a living. Well, Walmart is all about Corporate profits instead of the small guy.

worse store I ever been to in my life! found pile of rat poison on food shelf, low enough for a toddler to reach, we reported it and the employee just chuckles and scooped it up and threw it away they have mice or rats !!!(didn’t wipe it down either) and most employees are so lazy, cant get help for anything. worse manager I ever seen in my life as well, she is awful, rude and mean to children. so shameful and disgusting. deserves zero stars
