I love Connie Phoeunsam. She was always polite, professional, knowledgable and very helpful. She continuously walked me through switching from Nationwide to All State and having a lower monthly insurance payment, which means a lot if you are a male in their early 20s.

Best Allstate agent ever. I have been with Allstate for over 6 years and have never gotten anything but the most amazing service. Connie is the absolute best! Fast communication, empathy during rough situations (claims for accidents, etc.) and just all around amazing customer service. Highly recommended through and through.

I highly recommend this agent for all state insurance, they have great customer service… When I first walked in everyone greeted me asking me if I wanted coffee r anything to drink… Especially one worker name Connie she understood my concerns and help me with any questions I needed to know about my policy. If you guys r in need of great insurance and agents please stopped by to see them… They will make you feel at home!!!

Good insurance coverage and pricing comes with excellent customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They send documents out right away when requested, such as proof of insurance or copies of your policies. I have had full coverage for my vehicle and renter’s insurance with a few scheduled items for a few years now, and am very satisfied.

I’ve been an Allstate customer for years and have gone to different offices. But today was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The agent Mike was really rude and short with me. We received a document and just needed some guidance on what to do instead he just directed me to my agent. I have previously had the same problem and other office assisted me without any if and or buts. He just kept saying he was not my agent and could not access my policy do but somehow was able to print out a screen shot of my policy. I will never go there again.
