I saw an offer on Unilocal to purchase $ 40 worth of dry cleaning for $ 30, so I phoned Blue Sky Cleaners to inquire about the offer. Juan was so nice and patient with my questions. He took the time to ask what I was bringing in for cleaning, then added up the total to make sure it was worth my purchasing the online offer. I’d never purchased such an offer and Juan reassured me it was foolproof. When I brought my clothes into Blue Sky, Juan was so friendly and appreciative of my business. The service is excellent and the cleaning job was great. I’m so happy to have found a dry cleaner who takes pride in their work and their customer service. Thanks Juan!

I rarely review anything but this 5 star review is a long time coming!
After moving to Redondo Beach I needed to find a new dry cleaner. I actually found Blue Sky dry cleaners on Unilocal and all the positive reviews are true! I have never been to a dry cleaners that is this customer service driven.
When I dropped my clothes off the first time, they requested my cell number. I soon learned why… the owner sent a couple pictures of my husband’s shirt that had a small hole & was missing a button and asked if we would like to have it repaired. Yes please! Wow! I was blown away! They really care about my garments & go the extra mile while charging competitive prices!
They are located in a little shopping plaza so I never have to worry about parking because they have reserved spots right in front of their store & the owner always helps by helping me carry my big orders out so I don’t have to keep making multiple trips… again, top notch customer service!
You can’t do any better than Blue Sky Cleaners! They’re amazing!

Juan is very nice. I left my hubby’s stuff for dry cleaning on December 24 and they were able to dry clean it before 3pm on Dec 25^th. Juan even called me when they are ready for pick up. Thank you Juan.

Hands down the best cleaners in the south bay! Super courteous, timely and careful with your clothes. The prices are very reasonable but more importantly, they are very detailed and take great care of all dry cleaning and laundered articles. They will point out stains and get them out, I’ve had them do my duvet covers twice (months apart for very different reasons) and they actually offered a discount. Sweet!

Juan and everyone at Blue Sky Cleaners are my life savers. Not once, but twice I needed last minute alterations and they have always come through and delivered a perfectly altered dress that doesn’t drag or fall apart and makes me look amazing! Their prices are competitive and honestly, for a last minute request and needing a 4 – 5 hour turnaround, they never charge last minute fees. They are always honest and extremely helpful.
There’s a small changing area to slip on and off your clothes and Juan is very professional and helpful to get your measurements just right. I haven’t met the alterations person yet but she miraculously appears after I leave and is gone by the time I come back. Juan is very careful with his promise times and he so far has never over promised. He always beats his timing by hours. One time I came in at 9:30am and he said that the dress would be ready by 5pm. He called me at 1pm and said we’re good to go. Amazing!
My fiancé also brings his dress shirts and suits here for dry cleaning and they always do a great job. Everything is pressed, crisp and smelling great. He’s never been disappointed or complained about their work or service.
There’s also a parking lot and they have a designated spot for 10 min parking so you can easily drop off without any issues.
You will be so happy you came here!

Excellent customer service! They know my name, carry clothes to my car and proactively fix items. Juan and team actually make me look forward to my trip to the dry cleaners. I highly recommend them.

Dry cleaners may be a dime a dozen but it’s sometimes hard to find a place that has both good service and congenial staff.
Blue Sky is a great place that I was able to find and became my place to get my clothes dry cleaned and laundered. They do very detailed work here. One time, I came to pick up my dry cleaning and Juan, the owner, noticed that there was still a stain on one of my shirts so he said he would keep it and detail it some more to remove the stain.
I’ve also had sleeves to one of my jackets shortened and they did a pretty good job.
Prices are reasonable and so if you’re looking for a place in the South Bay for dry cleaning, try these guys out.

This place is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cost is right — they even offer a discount for uniforms. And, they do a great job. Recently, they didn’t have my dry cleaning ready when I requested it. They offered to deliver it to my house as soon as it was done. Instead, I told them I would be back to pick it up. They stayed open past their regular business hours just so I would get my items. That’s great costumer service right there. They are now my go-​to place.

Hate to do this to a business but gotta point out the fact that two of my favorite dress shirts were faded here and the fabric on a third because stiff/​rough. The shirts had been washed before…

They open at 7 AM so I can pick up and drop off before work! Yay! The people are very polite and were able to find my order easily! Yay! My suit was crisp and clean for my interview! Yay! You also get 10% off if you check in on Unilocal,and $ 10 to clean a suit is a perfectly reasonable price. Would definitely recommend if you live in the area!

I found this place because it was on my husband’s way to work and had great reviews — Now, a year later, it’s totally out of the way yet we won’t go anywhere else. Such friendly, personal, professional service. Juan always greets me with a smile and remembered our name after only a few visits. Also slightly better pricing than other places I called in the area. Highly recommend.

It’s very hard to find a really great dry cleaner and I’ve used cleaners from budget joints charging $ 1.25 to $ 6.00 for pants or shirt. Blue Sky Cleaners are not the cheapest in town but they’re reasonable AND they provide impeccable, yes impeccable, service.
Here’s why I LOVE these guys:
1 — no language barrier; they speak and understand English well
2 — they greet me with a smile and seem genuinely glad to have my business
3 — my clothes come back super clean. They’ve gotten out some tough stains and I’ve only sent back one pair of pants because they were creased where I wanted them without a crease
4 — for the price, they’re a really good value. Zero hassles, virtually zero returns, and zero losses.
Recently, I got a call from them telling me they couldn’t clean a garment because the color would bleed and ruin the lighter parts of the outfit… I was floored. It was a brand new outfit my girlfriend recently bought at a cheap boutique and I was glad they knew enough and took care to let me know instead of throwing caution to the wind and ruining the outfit. After a handful of visits they also became familiar with which pants I want creased and which I don’t.
Alterations have been smooth and reasonably priced as well. Out of about a dozen dry cleaners I’ve used regularly in the last 15 years, this is my favorite.

Came here to get a quote on a few pieces the hispanic front desk man was rude and very loud they treat customers very bad i walked away immediately.

I went in to get my long wool coat dry cleaned after a chilly trip in London. It had tons of lint and I’m sure some beer splotches from the pubs. They were super friendly and understood the my favorite coat needed some love. It came back clean and lint free. The service was also super friendly and they made me feel confident that they’d take great care and they did! I’ve been to other nearby cleaners, but never as friendly and well priced as Blue Sky Cleaners! I plan to go back for my silk dresses.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I had been going here for almost two years and their service has always been incredibly fast, well done, and reasonably priced. I have had many alterations done here as well, and they always come out perfect.
I moved to New York two days ago, and realized that I had left a winter coat there for dry cleaning and forgot to pick it up before I left. When I called they offered right away to ship it to me out here. For their prices, I have never experienced this kind of quality work and excellent customer service.
