The food is so good. Creative and delicious. Great mix of fancy and casual. Whenever Michael is out and about with the guests he makes everyone’s night. Best brunch in town.

When you dine at Bouzys you have lots of options for amazing drinks and great food. This is an awesome place to dine without breaking the bank and have some really good appetizers/entrees. I love the happy hour and the friendly staff. The patio is a quaint place to grab a quick bite and a casual drink. For more ambience head inside and grab a booth. The fried chicken salad is one of my favorites and calls to me as I walk by. There are also frequent menu changes so it always feels like a new place. My friend just tried the octopus for an appetizer and he loved it. French fries and Bouzy burgers are staples that should be doctor orders if your bored with other burger places. Macaroni and cheese, quesadillas and fried jalepenos are a few of my favorites appetizers but they have really good salads too for my vegan friends. I love the music and the cool bands that rotate in and out like FEEDTHEKITTY. Come by for the food and stay for the hospitality. Michael the owner makes everyone feel special!

Came here tonight for dinner to kick off my husbands birthday celebrations and we were not let down. We contemplated having our rehearsal dinner here and we eager to munch on the menu. The Brussels sprouts were heavenly! We dined on the chili verde and corn flake chicken sandwich. Yum and yum! We both had beer flights. We will definitely be back!

Food is hit or miss… I love the location and atmosphere. They have a good late night happy hour with cocktails and bar food. At one point had an amazing Cuban sandwich on the happy hour menu. There are a variety of craft cocktails which are tasty. While they don’t have a ton of taps, the craft beer selection is still good. I wish it were open later on the weekends! I would definitely go here for low-key night out if they stayed open past 11ish. It has an intimate atmosphere that makes me want to stay all night, but they close early. If you go for brunch, order the beignets.

Bouzy is a restaurant like no other. The food is extremely gourmet and the amount of flavor is tremendous. The cook is extremely creative, yet nothing on the menu is scary. The staff is very attentive and kind. The waiter we had last time cracked some pretty funny jokes too.

I really enjoyed this spot. I met up with my friend for happy hour, and we both brought our pups. I love nothing more than when friend wants to meet up, and I can bring my dog! Luckily, my friend has the same mentality. It’s heartbreaking to leave your pup at home after they’ve been waiting for you to come home from work all day. Any who… back to the bidness! Bouzy has a dope outdoor seating area with heat lamps, couches, tables, coffee tables. In short, it’s a comfy place to sit. It’s also in the shade during happy hour, so you don’t have to worry about the sun in your face while you’re dining. My friend and I grabbed a couch in the corner which is perfect for people watching and lounging. The happy hour menu was not huge, but it had plenty of options for food and drinks. We got empanadas, buffalo chicken bits, and fries. Everything was pretty tasty, seasoned well, and the drinks were good too! My friend sipped on wine, but I ended up getting one of their rum cocktails. Our server was really great too! He was really friendly, and made menu recommendations for us. He told us Bouzy has a really dope burger, which he exclaimed is the best he’s ever had. I will have to test that recommendation on another visit. My pup and I will totally be back here! We had a great time :)

There’s a great beer and wine selection but we decided to go with the cocktails and mules. Figs are in season so we were very lucky to be able to have one of their delicious fig appetizers. If available, don’t pass on the figs!!! The owner is very sweet and talks to the guests to make sure everything is delicious. My favorite cocktail here was the«Cu-Ba!» made with organic cucumber vodka. They were playing great music, mostly reggae covers. Definitely a must visit.

Can I change my mind a 3rd time lol? Typical me! Bouzys has the best prices for the generous pours at happy hour. Cheers!

GREAT beer and wine selection. They have a ton of fancy cocktails as well. Food is unique. I wouldn’t recommend the chicharones plate though. They sound kinda enticing but I did not like them at all. The Pancho Burger is a must try. Mac N Cheese is usually too dry like overcooked. The menu must change often because every time I go they have different plates. The main thing that bothers me about this place is that the staff has NEVER told me it was happy hour when it was. I have always had to ask. They won’t even bring you the happy hour menu unless you ask. I do recommend going during happy hour because the prices are decent. Overall I enjoy this place and go here fairly often but I still think most things on the menu are overpriced unless it’s happy hour.

Not the same place we’ve always loved coming to. Menu not as diverse, service at a snail’s pace. Such a bummer because this was one of our favorites. I’m amending my review because the owner of Bouzy kindly reached out after our experience. I appreciate when someone goes to the trouble to follow up, and will likely give Bouzy another chance, as we have really enjoyed it in the past.

This is a smallish pub attached to the Chez Mélange restaurant. I came here for drinks and dinner recently and had a great experience. It’s not a particularly large establishment, with a square bar in the middle with about 15 seats around it, then some tables along the walls, and a small patio area in the front. This small size gives it an intimate feel, but you may have trouble getting a seat if you come during prime business hours. I came between 5 and 5:30, just before it got crowded, and was lucky to get a good table. They have really good happy hour prices seven days a week up until 6PM. There were a couple of excellent draft beers at a happy hour price of $ 4 per pint. That’s a really great price. I had a beer from a local brewery — I don’t remember the exact beer, but it was an excellent IPA. The dinner menu is really interesting with some nice choices. I had a Cajun meatloaf that was quite tasty, but maybe a little too spicy hot for me. It came with mashed potatoes. The appetizer menu also had several good choices, and we opted for a hummus dish that came with chips. It looked like there was only one server for the inside, but he seemed to keep up pretty well with the crowd that was there, and we didn’t experience any delays in getting refills or having orders taken. I would recommend this restaurant for a semi-casual meal– it has a cozy, intimate feel, a nice selection of drinks, and an excellent menu.

Before you go out and enjoy the many fine breweries Torrence and the area have to offer it is important to line your stomach first(or to soak up the beer after, depending on how you go about it). Bouzy makes a great choice for that need. We came to Bouzy for brunch when some friends of ours were visiting from out of town. We were going to some breweries and wanted something close to them. We also needed dog friendly. Bouzy fulfilled both those needs. The patio in the front is dog friendly which is great. When I made my reservation I made it clear we were bringing our dog too, so it was nice that they made sure we had a space for her. For the food we started with the beignets. Now I’ve been to Café du Monde in New Orleans, which arguably has some of the best beignets. I’ve since had beignets at other places. I think this is the closest I’ve ever had to being a Café du Monde beignet. It was a crispy on the outside, light and fluffy yet slightly doughy on the inside, and the perfect size. The whipped cream and jam were just delightful additions. I had the Fried Chicken Breast ‘Nuggets’ & Brioche French Toast. It was a basket of fried chicken«nuggets» with a side of delicious brioche french toast. Sort of a play on fried chicken and waffles, but so much better. The chicken was savory, had a nice crunch, and very moist. It paired well with the rich and sweet french toast. The flavors worked so well together and it all tasted fresh and bright. I remember ordering a mimosa too with breakfast, and this is where I knock them a star. It was a good mimosa but I wasn’t told about the bottomless option. It just said mimosa on the menu, but not that they were bottomless. I wish I had known because i would have gotten more value for my drink then. I wasn’t told till after the breakfast was over. If you like elevated«classic» brunch food, need a place to eat before/after the breweries, or have your furry friend with you I would recommend stopping by here. Delicious brunch spot. 38⁄100

This place was pretty darn good. Definitely a hidden gem in South Redondo, and it’s a Gastropub! My fiancé and I came here on a Friday evening around 7:30pm, without a reservation. Not smart, since that’s prime dinner time, but we lucked out with a table for 2 on the outside patio. We didn’t mind being outside since there were heaters right next to the tables. We started off with some appetizers. Fried Jalepenos, with ranch, along with some Parmesan truffle fries. Both jealous and the perfect amount so we didn’t get too full for our entrees. For our entrees, my fiancé got some sort of pastrami sandwich. I don’t remember what was in it exactly because I didn’t try it, but he loved it and finished every bite. As for me, I tried the most popular dish they had. The Pancho Burger. My fiancé was surprised, given I don’t eat burgers often, but I couldn’t resist. It sounded great on the menu and tasted even better in my mouth. So good! Perfect amount of spice, and flavor. Can’t go wrong with bacon, and a stuffed chile relleno. I thought the franks red sauce was going to be questionable but it was so good! I want to go back just so I can eat that burger again. 5 star restaurant for sure. Great ambience, good service, amazing food.

Fantastic little pub with all sorts of delicious menu items. On our last visit we started with a bottle of wine, it was good, but not memorable, I can’t even remember the name. We also took advantage of the seafood cart… crab claws and oysters on the half shell. He had to have the Scotch eggs. They arrived with a green sauce he mentioned was flavored nicely with delicious cilantro(I don’t eat eggs, childhood thing, another time.) We then indulged on one of our favorite meals… the cheese plate. We selected five from a list of about a dozen or so. The cheese arrive perfectly displayed and accompanied with honey, dried apricots and toasted pecans. Come on who wouldn’t enjoy that? We shared the Cajun meatloaf. The meatloaf was airy and light, nicely spiced and served atop the silkiest mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. The broccollini was superb and was devoured first. Absolutely will be back. Happy hour starts at 4pm and the menu changes all the time.

Bouzy is the Gastropub located on the lefthand side of this three –in-one spot(Bouzy /Chez Mélange /Bar Comida). Cool little spot, but the food was just okay. Oysters — not cheap at $ 4 each and were just okay. Because they had an oyster/seafood bar we thought that they’d be good here, but I’d pass and just go for bar food here next time. Housemade Chicken Liver Pâté — I usually love Chicken Liver but didn’t really like the pâté here. It was a generous serving, but it was hard to get through. I can’t put my finger on it. it was just too pasty or something. If I go back to Bouzy, I’ll probably just stick with the drink menu.

It’s FAR too expensive. This place isn’t really tapas style, at all. Food was just OK. Their cheese board was great, except the fruit was overripe. Wine pours in 3.5, 8.5 and whatever else– HUGE jump between those first two! Price wise, also expensive for a glass of wine– 12⁄14 for what should be 7.5−10. Tiny portions, too. Just overall not worth it. Probably won’t be back.

Came here for lunch and it was a nice and cozy experience. Don’t confused Bouzy Gastropub with Chez Mélange. Both shares the same entrance and Bouzy Gastropub is a sister restaurant of Chez Mélange(an upscale dining restaurant). The meal started off with a bowl of homemade potato chips with dipping sauce. Somehow, I secretly finished two bowls without realizing how crispy and additive these chips were. Pancho Burger«Knife & Fork»(bacon, avocado, chile relleno, Frank’s hot sauce vinaigrette — $ 13) — I see … there was only bottom portion of the bun and no bun on the top(the top portion of the bun was replaced with chile relleno), so you can’t eat this monster without using knife and fork. Once I started to cut the chili pepper, the cheese just slowly oozed out and infused with patty and bacon. The result? It was one delicious and«hot» burger experience. The only downside? You are eating this burger one piece /ingredient at a time. It was hard for me to try to fit in bacon + avocado + chile relleno + patty all in one action using the fork. Unique burger + amazing homemade chips + good service = I like Bouzy Gastropub.

After a nice ladies dinner with my friends Jamie A, Josephine A and Alyssa in Hermosa, we headed over to Bouzy Gastropub in Redondo Beach for an extension of our Sunday funday. It’s a small little dark gastropub located right behind Chez Mélange. It was a Sunday evening and the crowd was definitely on the older side. My friends and I sat at one of the boothes. I found it interesting that there were little foam squares on the floor to rest your feet. The booths and stools were on the high side. Since we just had dinner, we stuck with just ordering drinks and truffle fries. I ordered a moscow mule. The moscow mule came in a copper mug. At first sip, I could definitely taste the ginger. Their moscow mule was very gingery in flavor. Most likely they were more generous with the pouring of the ginger beer versus the Russian standard and lime juice. As for the food, the truffle fries were tasty! Lots of parmesan cheese and good flavoring due to the truffle oil! It paired well with our drinks! Bouzy Gastropub is a very lowkey place. It was a good stop #2 for our ladies’ night. Decent selection of food and drinks and ok place for a little more girl talk on a Sunday :).

This joint has a speakeasy feel to it. It is easy to see its a local favorite by the crowd and the smells from the kitchen are such a tease. Rich and tasty options are aplenty for any type of foodie. The drink menu? Looked more like an appendix for an encyclopedia. So many options and friendly staff await you here. My Sister and I really enjoyed the Apserol Sour cocktail. We feasted on: The Maple Bacon Cornbread — dense, buttery, bacony and GREAT Fried Baby Artichokes — Tender and yummy Pork Bits — Exactly what the menu says,“Not quite chicharrones, Not quite Carnitas”. If you like pork, you MUST order this 2 Jumbo Shrimp A la food cart — Juicy and BIG served with a beautiful horseradish and cockatail sauce Late Night Happy Hour began at 9pm. Huge goodies on this menu
