I first called Janine in 2012, looking for an engagement ring. She was no longer in her shop but is still working and made an appointment to meet me. I told her what I wanted and she quoted me lower than anyone else had so far. Her prices don’t include all the overhead so they’re very good. I got the ring and was very satisfied.
After that we called her for our wedding bands. She came to our house to meet my fiancé and we settled on what we both wanted. Again, extremely fair prices. After about a week she delivered the rings to our house. Awesome service, always.
I was impressed enough to recommend her to my Cousin-in-law’s boyfriend who ended up getting a very intricate design done by Janine (ours were both simple). They’re both very satisfied. I would recommend her to anyone. She’s great.
Two years later, one of the diamond chips fell out of my wife’s engagement ring. I figured I would ask her for advice on what to do about it. She immediately asked when she could pick it up and did so the next day, picking it up from my work. She had it for less than a week and today I just got it back and it looks amazing. It’s fixed and cleaned and looks like brand new. Also, no charge on the fix. And of course she dropped it off to me at work again. She really knows the value of good customer service. That’s why I’m writing this today. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my choice to go to her two years ago.

Fabulous! Janine is so friendly, sweet, and knowledgable. She is there to personally help you with any choices you need to make and also custom makes or sizes jewelery. I went here to obtain wedding bands and came away with a great deal — so much better than retail. She has a wide selection of inventory and also some unique non-​stock items. I already started building up my wish list (which she keeps on file. *hint hint* to the men looking to buy their woman a lovely gift) because she has so many awesome items!

Janine is my moms go to person for all things jewelry! and she has now become mine! and she does an amazing job on everything she does! My mom had gotten me a pair of earrings from her a while back and i just lost the backing to it. I emailed janine to see if she had a replacement and she responded so quickly and was able to help me out! She does everything and if you are looking for a special something for your special someone, she is definitely the person to see!
