Cinnabon

The location is in Lawndale /​Redondo Beach at the Southbay Mall. My favorite spot when craving cinnamon rolls, you definitely can’t go wrong with a Cinnabon! Too much good stuff. I love bring it home or to the movie theater. I love to buy the medium size rolls and love when they are just coming out of the oven!
The king of the buns, Cinnabon so sweet, cinnamon swirl that’s melts in your mouth.
Parking: L4 .
Inside: organize and clean.
Customer service is always excellent, very polite, helpful, and always smiling this place definitely gets an A+++++

Poor customer service to the african american manager whom is a male there (he was on his phone the whole time ringing myself and my bf up) and also on july 4^th where a young african american didnt even greet us at all and mumbled some things and didnt give us eye contact. if it wasnt for their amazing cinnabons, they would be closed down due to customer service alone… because there sure aint any here.

Just had some hot gooey, fresh buns. They were fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will tell friends about this place.

0 stars really. AND of course not for the cinnabon, but the store and owner.

THIS IS BY FAR the worst cinnabon I have ever been to. Can we say SUPER GHETTO?
I came in at 10:15 AM (they open at 10) for a work event and needed to order some.
The guy is on his phone the whole time cursing and what not. When I would wave for help, he motioned for me to wait.
Finally, het gets off the phone and asks what I need. I told him 2 boxes of the minibons. He said «oh it aint ready… u gon havta wait» in the most rudest way possible. I said that is fine. I also presented him this Voucher for the DAISY Foundation… which is an award thing for nurses for hospitals. Cinnabon is a supporter. After I showed him that, ti was over. It was like he didn’t want to help me at all. He said he wont have them and walked away. I asked for a manager, he said I AM THE OWNER!
I swore I would never go back to them again, but it is the closest to my work. So I called again this AM to mke sure they had them ready… and the same guy answered and was super rude on the phone again. UGH.
HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS???

I had a hankering for this ooey gooey hot mess! Such a simple concept — give the people what they want — a days worth of carbs and calories wrapped up in cinnamon and sugar. Service was fast and simple.

Ghetto! Workers there are Ghetto. I was at the mall and had just bought cookies from Nestle Store and was getting a Cinnabon for my son. The cashier, instead of greeting me, eyes my bag and says, «Kan I getz a kookiee?». Really?! She wasn’t kidding. Please hire some professional people.
