Saw Caitlin for Dysport injections and was very pleased with her bedside manor and skill. I returned a couple days after it started to kick in to have her make a couple little tweaks, and tack down the tail of my brows that were still moving. She is truly an expert at her craft. Since then I’ve brought two girlfriends to see her who both rave about their results. I will definitely be seeing her regularly in the future.
Their prices are fair, the office is clean and stylish, and they make you feel at ease going into what can be an intimidating procedure.

Love it here! The girls are so nice and welcoming. Did the MiraDry procedure, it has been life changing, I’m beyond happy with the results and I definitely recommend it! The actual process was painless. I just took the weekend to ice and relax and I was back in the office on Monday! Caitlin is AMAZING! And Faith is awesome too, they both make me feel so comfortable. I can’t wait to come back! xo

Recently visited this location with a girl friend. I expected the finest customer service when giving business to a company that is supposed to make people feel more beautiful. I was wrong when I witnessed a «manager », whom is supposed to be a reflection of the company and example of how all employees should treat their customers, I believe her name was «faith «. I witnessed faith speaking to customers with no consideration of their privacy or their insecurities. I heard faith speaking to her fellow employees with disrespect and very unprofessionally. This is not a business I would recommend anybody to visit with management such as this. I will not encourage my friend to revisit this location.

I’m back again and love this place! I always feel welcomed and treated like a queen every time I come. Caitlin, is not only very sweet, she’s very professional and makes me feel extremely comfortable with every visit. I’ve done a few Botox injections with her over the past few months and now the IPL treatment… incredible work! This girl really knows her stuff. Faith, the office manager has really turned this place around… top notch service every time. Thanks for taking care of me gals!

Very poor first impression. I had an appointment for a consult, but when I arrived the receptionist walks out with goo all over her face to ask me to come back 45 minutes later because they were doing a training. Why they would start a training when they had an appointment scheduled to come in is anybody’s guess. She must have assumed I had nothing better to do because she was very nonchalant about it. It was so disrespectful of my time, and a terrible first impression. When I am in my car, she runs out of the office to ask me to come back in, but I had to turn her down. There are dozens of other places in the South Bay with excellent customer service that value their client’s time, why waste your time here?

Came back to my favorite skin place ever. Had my favorite nurse Elizabeth sommers, was so happy with the instant results and care and knowledge she always provides. Made a new friend at the front desk, Faith whom as well went out of her way to take great care of me. Entire staff here are always perfect.

Always a great experience and very easy last minute appointments. I love this place! Employs competent and highly skilled nurses. Have been going here for years! Tried other places but I always seem to come back here. Shout outs to Elizabeth and Dina who have done great work. But I haven’t had anybody who isn’t good. I personally like quick consultations and they all seem to know how to answer promptly and also very knowledgable. You can tell, they screen their staff well… which is important!

I have had adult acne the past five years which has caused bad scaring… Thanks to DermFx my acne/​scares are now gone and I can go out in public again without tons of face make up. All the girls were so wonderful and I would recommend Derm to anyone who wants to feel and look younger. I am grateful everyday for the way I now feel thanks to their help! A+++

I went somewhere else… long story but it was a deal and a friend’s referral. The other place was actually a surgeon… told me botox could no longer lift my brows… and sadly also got filler that didn’t last. I am 43 and don’t think I am ready for surgery yet… I WILL NEVER AGAIN leave Elizabeth at Derm FX. Went back and am SO HAPPY with my botox… eyes lifted, lips look great. Elizabeth is amazing… she is a master injections and truly listens to you. The price is right, the service incredible… DERM FX rocks. We are stoked to have Derm Fx in the south bay. Black Diamond injectors… and they know the face well. This is what they do all day… and it shows. :)

Scheduled an appointment based on Unilocal reviews. Maybe it was just a bad day but the girl at the front desk was rude and not even a smile. Made me nervous right away. Then I went to a room and the girl was nice enough but did not even look at my skin or try to evaluate just gave me some brochures. Sorry but I won’t schedule a procedure at a place that seems so disinterested.

I have been here a few times only because of not being able to go to LA to where I normally go. Staff is great, friendly, etc, price is good. Here’s the downside. If you are familiar with what good Botox is and good fillers, spend the extra gas and money and drive to LA. Every procedure I’ve gotten here has not lasted and is no where near the skill level of my other place. The results are mediocre at best and short lasting. After the swelling goes down, nothing. I don’t know what they’re watering their stuff down with but it is definately second rate. It’s the fast food of injectables.

I came here because their prices are lower than all surrounding derm spots and the girl on the phone (Shauna) was extremely friendly and informative.
Before any procedure they go over all options & pros and cons of each. Their information is accurate and motivated by eagerness to satisfy, not to up sell like other offices I’ve encountered.
During procedures they check on your comfort level frequently & make light convo to ease any tension.
After procedures expect a call from whomever treated you for a status update– they always ensure you are happy with any treatment performed.
Overall good vibes in the office, the girls there are all a wealth of knowledge & truly care that you look & feel your best! Minimal bruising because they are so gentle. Elizabeth is AMAZING!

I went to DermFx for the first time a few weeks ago, and honestly, was a little nervous simply because I was having someone new work on my face… and I’ve seen botched injection jobs before. But my fears were quickly diminished when I met Elizabeth and discussed what I was trying to achieve on that visit. She listened carefully and was so very meticulous with her injections… definitely an artist! In addition, she’s very nice and easy to talk to, just like everyone else in the office. I was beyond thrilled that I had very minimal bruising, as the previous time I had filler at another office, the bruising was terrible! I have pretty high standards and was/​am impressed with DermFx and Elizabeth! And… she called two weeks later to check to see how I was doing and if I was happy :-) ThAT is great follow-​up! I look forward to my next visit in the near future!

I am really pleased with my results, and the prices are extraordinarily reasonable.
The staff is great, they’re really helpful about recommending procedures, often based on their own experience, and the office is clean and comfortable.
The fillers they use are top-​notch, and with the numbing cream, almost painless. Yes it hurts a little, but not badly at all. If you’ve ever had a tattoo that is waaaaay worse.
