HORRIBLE customer service!!! I had to literally waive someone down to assist me. To make matters worst, rep was rude. interacting with his coworker and joking around. Not once did he make eye contact. After my transaction I said«thank you» 2xs and not once did you acknowledge!

This was one of the few places to have a nice selection Seahawks gear in different sizes/styles. I am not a sunshine fan and I was always disappointed in how most of the sports places either carried one or two items or sometimes nothing at all from them. I know they weren’t popular until recently but come on now! I’m glad I could find a place which sells some variety. The customer service is average to poor. Nobody offered to help me, I just kind of wandered around until I found what I was looking for. The guy told me when I was checking out how he hates how customers always return their items after their team loses. I could not believe he said that to me! He didn’t say it directly to me but he told me how he does tell some customers to not return their items if the team loses. If I was the owner of this business I would be highly upset at the foolishness that was coming out of his mouth! After all that I will probably go to a different Fanzz because I want to feel like my business is appreciated and I would set it off if somebody gave me a warning like that. Note: To all of you people who take stuff back after your team loses… SHAMEONYOU! How tacky!!!

The customer service here is RIDICULOUS. They are happy to sell you ANYTHING and assure you that you can exchange or return the item(original tags, receipt, etc.) but will go out of their way to make that impossible should you actually need to do either. They are super helpful during the buying process, though their stock is poor unless you’re looking for something in a size Medium. They will offer to special order or find what you’re looking for from either Fox Hills or Lakewood locations, which is really nice and you’ll probably be fooled — as I was — into believing that they actually care about customer satisfaction. They do not. Try bringing something back and you will most likely get the same«helpful» person who will then contradict everything you heard during the purchasing process and you will be stuck with your item forever. I’ve been here multiple times and been«helped» by the same girl(Dale), who functions as the floor person, the cashier, AND the manager should you need to speak to one. I only go here if I have to and I’ve exhausted other options — really not ideal for the buyer.
