I went by last night at the very end of their work day and Jose C. was incredibly helpful. I just needed my front headlight changed out (I know, I should know how to do this by now). Still, Jose was very nice and understanding. He was quick and easily could have told me that it was late and they were done taking customers. Much appreciated. Great, friendly and super quick.

I’ve always trusted this store. Tim and Robert are straight forward and fair. A just had a great experience with Pattie. She is pleasant and made me a happy client. Thanks!

Patty and Tim are the best or Tim and Patty are the best. I’ve been using this Firestone dealer for over 10 years. They service all four of my vehicles. Highly recommended for tires and repairs. Very trustworthy and honest. They’ve never recommended repairs that were not needed. Tim runs a class act. Patty goes beyond the call of duty. Thanks for keeping me on the move.

We stopped by the store because the emergency light came on and we had no idea where the local repair shops were. We saw that Firestone Redondo Beach had good reviews and that Patty in particular had excellent reviews for her customer service. We were so lucky that she on duty when we arrived and she fixed our problems cheerfully and capably. She is a true winner!

Gotta give it to Patty. She is very knowledgeable and she gave me a great price on my new of tires.

PATTIE (Service Advisor) and JEREMY (TECH) are AMAZING. Both are proficient and know what is needed for my vehicles. Even when I know what needs fixed or service they are both on it. Went in for a oil change only today for $ 19.99 and tax walked out $ 524.00 — Oil Change, Lifetime Alignment, 2 NEW Bridgestone Turanza Tires with Road Hazard Protection. Had the worst experiance of my life at the GARDENA, CA location and vowed never to return. Gave Firestone one more change and because of PATTIE and JEREMY they saved your company’s reputation. I WILL ONLY GO TO THE REDONDO BEACH, CA LOCATION AND NO OTHER FIRESTONE LOCATION.

Went to get a new set of tires and Jose was really helpful and gave me a great price! Will definitely be coming back for future truck needs!

I was quite upset when I was on my way to work and realized I had a flat. Luckily, Firestone is right down the st. From my house. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. She first quoted a two-​three hour wait because of being short staffed that day. Luckily, she managed to squeeze me in sooner and I was on my way to work a half hour later. I will definitely go back for my future car needs.

The customer service here was fantastic. I was able to get my tire quickly and the staff was very friendly and personable.

So I said I would post again after my son checked out my car for the issues this Firestone reported was wrong with my car. All of the other issues were correct & we fixed most of them, I did end up replacing my rear rotors because they would probably not be able to be resurfaced & when you put on new rotors you should put on new brake pads. So they were correct on their inspection but the reported thickness of my brake pad was wrong (as you can see in the picture) and it was the thing they said was probably most important to do. My son said I probably could’ve gone a couple more months with those. So I upgraded my rating because the car did have some issues but nothing was critical and they clearly reported my brake pad thickness wrong. They were courteous and I would probably take my car back there for rotation & balance as those services are covered by my tire warranty.

Patty took great care of me. Got me in and out quickly. Plus a great deal on my tires. I have always had a good experience here at Firestone and Patty has been wonderful. Thank you Patty! And thank you Firestone for keeping me safe on the road.

I have used this location for various services over the last 10 years of living in Redondo Beach and have yet to be disappointed, they are friendly, professional and do a great job. In fact, I recall a few years ago that I drove in unannounced and asked that someone take a look at my engine since the overheating light kept coming on. They took a look, added some fluid and did a few other things that fixed the problem within 15 mins and then wait for it… did not charge me. I walked in yesterday and the woman was very nice, took a look at my tires, assessed and then said that she would order the new ones and have them read tomorrow. Awesome!

I got a flat on my way to my sister’s Birthday party and brought my tire to Firestone on PCH in Redondo Beach. I received the best service and price for a new tire from Patricia Ibarra. Patricia and her team was quick to get me back on the road. Thanks Patricia…

I must say every time I have work done here I receive wonderful customer service which means the world to me. The will beat any price and give discounts for customer loyalty. It is easy to be loyal when you receive such great service. I highly recommend Firestone.

I found myself at Firestone after my car battery died the other week. My company contracts their fleet vehicle servicing through Firestone and this location was the closest to where I was. With no appointment, I dropped in, explained the need of a new car battery and was checked in by a very friendly employee who assured me despite their current workload, they would get my new battery installed as soon as possible. In less than 40 minutes I was out the door with no hassle and my car up and running. I’ve been to other Firestones when I needed to replace a flat tire and friendly efficient service has been consistent at each location.

I came here twice for two different services.
First service (Full Synthetic Oil Change): 5 stars
I made an 8am appointment and service began right when I got there. They got me in and out of there within the hour as I was told.
Second service (Tire Rotation and Wheel Alignment): 1 stars
I made another 8am appointment. Walked in and asked if they can get me in and out within the hour before signing the papers to get the services done. I was told that they should be able to get everything done within the hour. I asked once more to reconfirm since I couldn’t be late for work and the guy still said yes so I decided to go with it. It was 8:12 by the time they finished printing out the paperwork. At 9:10, I asked how the service was going and I was told that it’s almost done. At 9:20, I asked how much more time it would take and was told that it would take another 20 minutes. It was almost 9:50. they finally tell me that everything was done. The other guy apologized and told me they didn’t charge me for the rotation for the inconvenience hence the single star. I was supposed to be done by 9:00 and wasn’t able to leave until over 50 minutes later. I was lucky enough that my boss also came in later that day, which saved my butt.
Lesson learned.

Made an appointment by phone to replace a tire and was quoted $ 285 plus… which is what i was expecting. And Ed said he might be able to find a more economical match at one of his warehouse locations. Much to my surprise he did find a lower priced replacement. The final bill was $ 175. On top of that, everyone at the shop was both friendly and professional. Will I return here for auto servicing? Does the sun rise in the east?

Get the lifetime alignment, it’s worth it. My appointment was at 9 AM and they were ready at exactly 9 AM. They told me it would take about 1.5 hours, and they finished ten minutes early. The service at this branch was especially courteous. Basically everything I would want when I have to deal with car-​related errands.

I have a BMW 335i and the right rear runflat tire went flat on the road and I had to be towed in somewhere to get it changed. I called around for estimates and this place has the best price so I had the vehicle towed there.
When I got there with the car and tow truck, Eduard (who gave me the quote over the phone) said he accidentally looked up the wrong tire and there was a price difference. He refused to give the tire for what he quoted over the phone, even after I explained that I only had my car towed here because it was the best price.
I picked my car up and noticed they didn’t replace the sensor so the tire alarm on the car keeps going off. The sensor should’ve been replaced as well and was not. When I checked out and asked about it, I was told they could give me a price on replacing the sensor, but that was it. Don’t worry about the fact that I was already misquoted and inconvenienced…
