Had to write a review to balance out the rating here. We’ve used Dominic and IPM Botanicals for years and have been very happy with their service. Have never had billing or scheduling problems and Dominic is always willing to help in a timely manner. Have recommended to many friends to their satisfaction.

Ah, sadly my experience was similar to that of Michelle D. Unfortunately, there were no Unilocal ratings at the time we employed IPM Botanicals, but hopefully these new ones will provide insight and information to you, interested in environmentally-sensitive pest management. We have a baby and a couple of pets, but an ant problem, so we were happy to find IPM Botanicals. Dominic, who owns the company and does the initial control(botanical sprays that actually work, «dust» that ants eat), is knowledgable, adept, and friendly. Unfortunately, the larger business that surrounds him is inept, as detailed in the other review. We clearly stated no auto-charge, but got auto-charged. We were auto-charged for a bi-monthly treatment, but didn’t receive a bi-monthly treatment. Massive scheduling issues. After supposedly resolving the auto-charge problem, we continued to get auto-charged. Communications to them revealed that they do not communicate well/at all within their business. Overall, there seem to be insurmountable business problems with their charging/finances and scheduling. I did like their service when we received it, so was hoping to give at least 2 stars, but the description for 1 star(i.e., «Eek! Methinks not.») is more accurate.

Ok so the company ‘now fired’ finally got a corrected bill to us after 6 months of service and a thousand excuses. However… it is still not what the ‘technician’ said he would supply. So 5:30 pm on a monday night… I get this technician calling me on my phone and randomly yelling at me and the best part threatening to send me to collections. HAHAHAHA Wow… business must be hurting if they require payment… 2 days to pay… after they finally get around to sending an invoice. A total company to watch out for… Indeed. Ps the products are an entirely separate review. They also would receive a 1 star. Do your research before hiring companies… especially ones that go into your own house. And a side note… this is not the first time this technician has threatened me… The first was when his ‘publicist’(hahaha) read a poor review in Unilocal… Then he threatened slander …
