If you decide to use the machines here, don’t leave your clothes unattended. When I came back my washing machine was empty.
Someone had stolen my clothes.

This place used to have a nice guy running it and now I see there is a older women in here, she has a bloody scowl on her face every time I am here, I don’t give to *****why this ******* does not like me or others but if she continues to give me attitude I’m going to tell her the ****-off.
Last time the ****** asked me for $ 0.50 to use the bathroom because I wanted to wash my hands with soap before moving my laundry from the washer to the dryer. The sink outside the bathroom did not have soap.
Someone have a ****ing talk with her before I do; no one is going to win if I tell her off.

Been going here for a while now without any real issues. After the incident that just occured tonight, I am a little disappointed.
My girlfriend and I had clothes in the washer, were sitting in the car waiting, then went back in to dry at 9:45 pm.
The idiot janitor who was cleaning the floor told us when we walked back in «we’re closed, we’re closed», raising his voice as we tried to tell him our clothes were in the washer. He finally heard us and said «okay.» Then I told him the sign says they close at 10. He ignored me. I said it again, but sounded a little more angry that time and he turned and said «we didn’t change it, yet… no problem, no problem.» I wasn’t sure if his definition of «no problem» means I could have dried my clothes for the last 15 minutes, or he just didn’t want to hear he was wrong and just wanted us to leave.
We didn’t want to put up with his dumb ass any more, so we just packed our wet crap and headed up to Coast Laundry on El Segundo. They are open 24 hours and their friendly staff is all smiles. Way more worth our dollar to dry.
Laundroland needs to take some lessons from their competitors in customer service.

Clean location with nice staff members.
Almost all machine work. I think I only saw two that were out of service.
They play movies inside so that you’ll be entertained while waiting for your laundry to finish.

First time here, although not where I usually go. My usual place, Clean Scene, was packed today. Any who, this place was nearly empty despite being a few blocks away from the other place. A definite plus of not having to wait in addition to most to all of the machines work. Here, they use coins rather than a card and have a few change machines on-​site. Handled a $ 10-​er without issues.
On the downside, the place is a bit smaller than Clean Scene, therefore less folding areas. Last, the place smells a bit. They should probably empty that overflowing trash can by the door more often. In all, I think I’ll start coming here just because of the availability and reliability of the machines.
