There is something magical about the woman behind this program. You have to experience to understand it. It cannot be described, it must be experienced. Like love. Like friendship. Like trust. Like respect and revere. Participation in this training, will transform you in a way you didn’t know was possible. You will find something you didn’t know was missing. Yoga, when taught from the heart, has that power.
If you’ve take 1000 classes, 100 classes or no classes, you might want to check what Planet Yoga has available for you. :)

Out of all the yoga places in the South Bay beach cities, Planet Yoga is by far my favorite. I’ve been going to their classes since I moved to So Cal in 1997. They are committed to mind-body health and an air of positivity and calm prevails.
The instructors are fabulous. They are seriously well-trained, and people that you can trust are giving you proper yoga instruction. They offer a variety of classes for a variety of levels from beginner to advanced. Check their schedule because community classes are also offered and the price is less expensive than their regular classes.
The offer a variety of yoga clothing items, as well. However, they never pressure you to buy anything. It’s really a cool place with a positive vibe.
