I’ve always worked out but never really used supplements. A couple months ago i noticed the nutrishop after completing my shopping in vons and decided to check it out.
Was’t sure about any purchases or exaclty what anything was except for basic vitamins. Store workers were helpful and informative and best of all NOT PUSHY. I hate when i just have questions and all they try to do is make me buy a product that i have no clue about. These guys knew their stuff and i felt the really wanted to help me even if it meant me not purchasing.
On my first visit i did not make purchases, but have since gone back and made purchases for detox, protein, and fruits and greens. ronnie and jodi also helped me with a simple work out plan. Its been about five months and i notice ive got more energy and have leaned out with a loss of 10lbs.
