Photo Booth Giggles

If this review was solely based on the product and the overall outcome of the photos, I would have rated ⁴⁄₅ stars. Unfortunately, quality photos is not the only thing that one takes into consideration when debating whether we would use these services again.
The company I work for throws several parties a year and we want to have a photo booth for each of those parties. We had used this company before and even though it wasn’t 100% great (the owner and her daughter just kind of sit around and watch you) we decided to hire them again this past month because truthfully the price is right and the photos do come out quite well.
Last year when we used them we had to wait nearly 2 weeks to receive the passcode to the digital copies of our photos. Considering this was a marketing event we wanted to make sure we sent out everyone’s photos to their personal emails because not everyone got copies of the strips they were in. I was hoping this time around we wouldn’t have to wait as long to get the digital copies but yet again here we are nearly 3 weeks after our party and it took 3 emails and a phone call to even get a response from Kathleen. She gave us an excuse as to why we haven’t received our copies and said she would have her daughter send them to us within the week. Never received anything. Today her daughter emailed me and asked me for our address so she can MAIL us a flash drive with the photos on it.
At this point I am beyond frustrated and feel as though I have had to chase them around in order to get what I have paid for. Will not likely use this company again, would pay more to get more professional service elsewhere.

I have been to a few different events where Photo Booth Giggles was set up and I was very impressed. They are a family operation and very flexible with your needs. They assisted when needed but did not ‘direct’ or instruct guest. They let the party and fun happen and allowed us to capture the fun silly moments. I have hired them directly for my daughter’s birthday party and the kids had lots of fun with the many high quality silly props and everyone loved the pictures. I plan to use them again.

Hosted a last minute adult Halloween party last weekend. Everyone loved it and it was the hit of the party! Photo Booth Giggles went beyond expectations to make our event perfect! Kathleen and her husband are super friendly and very professional. They made the experience wonderful and so easy! Every request… Time period, flexibility, props etc they fulfilled. Will defiantly use again ;)

Photo Booth Giggles were a great hit at our non-​profit Annual Block Party. It was the 10^th Annual Walteria Block Party and we wanted to make it special. Everyone loved it, especially the kids. The props were fun and full of variety. The quality of the photos weren’t the cheap kind. I’ve been to weddings where the props were lame or the system breaks and it’s out of order for awhile. The prices were very reasonable and we can’t wait to have them again next year!

The Photo Booth company that I used for my last 2 events was booked on my party day. PhotoBoothGiggles was recommended to me by my friend that just had a party. I went ahead and book with Photoboothgiggles and was extremely happy with them! The assistant went beyond what I expected. She helped the younger kids and was very patient. The props were amazing. I left with great pictures and they also created a scrapbook for me. I will use them for all my upcoming parties!

We were very disappointed with Photo Booth Giggles. The quality of the photos and of the props were not what we expected. We asked for an inscription on the photos and did not receive it. When we contacted the owner, her reply was that no one seemed to care about the inscription. Our guest (kids) might not say anything but we (adults) are the ones that are paying and we care!
Photo Booth Giggles showed up over 30 minutes late for our event. The owner sat behind her booth while her co-​worker stood off to the side and talked on his phone. He was on the phone for at least two hours while other parents stepped in to help the kids with props.
We were very disappointed and will not use Photo Booth Giggles again.

The hit of our daughters 16^th birthday! All the girls had a blast dressing up and taking goofy pictures! Even the adults joined in! I would highly recommend Photo Giggles!
