Horrible. The only reason I went here is because at the time it was the only provider on my insurance that was close to me. I think I went 2 or 3 times, and each time my injury got worse. His office/​medical equipment looks like it was the first ones ever made. Everything is ancient. He uses equipment that resembles a toddler’s wooden play toys. It was a complete joke. My insurance covered 10 visits for free, except for my co-​payment, but I only went to see him 2 or 3 times. He then sends me a bill for $ 25 saying my insurance refuses to pay. I never received anything from my insurance saying benefits were not being covered. I contacted the office thinking it was an error on their part, since he seems to have a high school kid working behind the counter. Never received paperwork I requested. They threatened to send me to collections over $ 25. I requested paperwork showing my services were not covered, still received nothing. At this point, it was not about the $ 25, it was about principal. Never heard back and thought they either figured out their error or decided to write-​off the $ 25. A year later, they are still trying to collect. I’m like WTF!!! It gets better though, since they were not able to provide paperwork supporting their claim that my insurance refused to pay, I was not going to send the money until they provided what they needed to. Another year or so goes by and get this, he sends the $ 25 collection to my EMPLOYER! A collection agency send my employer a collection letter for the $ 25. I am guessing this is an attempt to embarrass and shame me into paying. Since when is a person’s employer responsible for the person’s ALLEGED debt. What a joke. This is clearly a violation on the part of the collection agency and/​or the chiropractor (if you want to call him that). I plan on suing them in Federal Court for an easy $ 500. I really hope the 50% of the $ 25 you’ll receive after collection fees was worth it. Outrageous!

I’ve been going to Dr. Pendergraft for many years.
I was laid up for 3 weeks with terrible Sciatica, and had gone to another Chiropractor, to no avail.
I ran across Dr. Pendergraft’s ad in the Yellow Pages, and decided to try him.
My back pain was gone before I knew I knew it!
I’ve sent everyone I know who had back or neck pain to him, and will continue.
He’s also a great guy, who really cares.

A friend recommended Dr. Pendergraft since she knows I’m a scaredy cat when it comes to adjustments. Although he does do adjustments he also uses this cool crazy machine. Anyway, I was in a car accident and my neck was doing this weird locking and popping thing. Within a month of seeing him I was about 50% better and now I would say I’m 80−90% better.

My boyfriend introduced me to him (his back went out completely) and I can’t thank him enough. I have a disease that wreaks havoc on my body and back and Dr. Pendergraft has helped tremendously.
Dr. Pendergraft is caring, funny and great at what he does. His bedside manner is superb:
— He checks in to see how you are doing.
— He tells jokes and stories.
— He explains everything so you understand it clearly.
— He has puzzles to do while you wait.
On top of that, his staff is wonderful.
Have been to other good chiropractors, but he is simply the best. He is worth the drive from wherever you are.

Dr. Pendergraft is excellent and entertaining. He always has an interesting story and I aways coming away from my appointments feeling better.

My back was killing me and I decided to head to a chiropractor so I went on my health plan to look up where I could go and Dr. Pendergraft was on the list and it is just a few blocks from my home.
I called and was able to get in right away. Dr. Pendergraft was very attentive and walked me through his treatment and I felt much much better afterwards.
What I really want to note was my husband had a very stiff neck the other day and I called his Pendergrafts office and he was not working at this location that day but in his OC office but the receptionist put Dr. Pendergraft on the phone and he said he would stop by the Redondo office to treat him on his way home and he did.
He is also very good about calling and checking in with you to see how you are feeling.
