Jenna is the high priestess of body mechanics. I was continually reinjuring my back and I was beside myself with what to do. In one session Jenna opened me up to a whole new world. My back didn’t hurt for the rest of the day. I am so excited to continue training and becoming stronger with Jenna. Don’t do Pilates until you have worked with this woman!

I was introduced to Radiant Strength almost two years ago. Since I had never experienced a yoga class, I really didn’t know what to expect. The instructor was so professional and caring, that I knew I had to continue going to class every week. After approximately six months, I signed up for the mat Pilates class and also loved the information and guidance that was given to me during the class. When entering the studio, I always get such a nice feeling of calm and healing, and I look forward to each class, especially after a long day at the office. I highly recommend Radiant Strength. I can truthfully say that I stand a little taller and think about what I have learned during the two classes that I attend.

I love working out with Jenna. She is very professional and can work out your body to your body needs. I have sever arthritis in my hips and lower back and when I leave Radiant Strength, I feel so much better and I am glad that I went to work out. I am usually in pain when I get to her studio and dreading the workout, but she makes you feel so much better when you leave. The studio is well equipped with the best machines. I have been working with Jenna for over 10 years.

Jenna is truly awesome! I have been going to Jenna’s pilates classes and have also had 121 with her for the last few months. I am a massage therapist and know a lot about how the bodyworks; Jenna has helped me see bodyworks on a new kinetic level and from a whole new perspective. The result is that I feel much stronger from the inside out! This has really helped with my posture as I work. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about taking a pilates or yoga class & I also recommend my clients to her, particularly for strengthening weak backs.

I started seeing Jenna over a year ago when I had pretty serious lower back pain, a recurring issue for me for over 20 years. She was able to zero in on my particular issues immediately and created a gentle, healing program for me. I started feeling relief within a couple of weeks. As I got stronger, she adjusted the exercises accordingly and I consistently progressed from there. After working privately with Jenna for a few months, I began, and continue, to go to her weekly classes that has kept my back stable and healthy. Her classes are informative and she’s a wonderful teacher who cares deeply about her client’s health and well-being. I highly recommend Jenna for anyone who is looking for physical pain relief or looking to improve on their pilates or yoga practice.

I’ve been coming to Radiant Strenght for over a year now. I take mat Pilates and also private classes. The equipment it’s Gratz(the best) and the studio has everything you need. Jenna is the BEST! I leave in Glendale but drive down to see her every Wenesday. Her knowledge of the body it’s unlimited. She is a great teacher, mover and healer. She has also helped me with my diet and nutrition.

Years of pain from Fibromyalgia, severe Degenerative Joint Disease, & exercise-related injuries have caused me to become very limited in my mobility, affecting every aspect of my life. So I was astonished that after just a few sessions with Jenna Anderson of Radiant Strength, I «caught» myself rising to a standing position & then walking about without the usual searing, debilitating pain! Jenna’s adept diagnostic skills allowed her to quickly see the many errors in how I’d adapted my movements to accommodate my injuries — but they were actually making things worse! Jenna’s training is multifaceted, crossing several disciplines including physical therapy, pilates, yoga & nutrition — & her studio has wonderful Gratz equipment! I find her to be professional, gentle, compassionate & encouraging in our sessions. Jenna’s healing hands & vast knowledge have given me hope that I can again be strong & healthy, & able to enjoy life again!
