If you can, you should work with Pooyan. He is extremely professional, polite, and very in tune to the market and what the customer (me) wanted. Not only did he keep me well informed, he took the time to explain everything to me and to answer all of my questions and I had a lot of them. In fact, I worked with Pooyan on as much as I could when buying my home because he was always available, cheerful and willing to help me unlike some of the others I was dealing with. By far one of the best experiences I have ever had obtaining a loan. He did exactly what he promised he would and I couldn’t be happier. This is the third time I have worked with Redondo Mortgage team and specifically their senior loan consultant, Pooyan. Originally it was in 2013 when I bought my first home, then a refinance in 2014, and now my second refinance that I closed last week. There are two main reasons I stayed with this team: the first is the great deals they have provided me on the financing (best rates, best terms, highest lender’s credits), and the second is the very smooth process from the loan application through funding and up to the last steps of closing escrow. I have always been very impressed by the level of professionalism and the efforts made by this team especially Pooyan, with whom I worked directly in all these cases. The entire team always does all the hard work and minimizes the need for my time and effort, resulting in the best financial deals and the peace of mind for me and my family. Pooyan specially worked tirelessly throughout the entire process. He was always there to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain my options. I was amazed when he responded to my emails and questions during his vacation. With his effort and the support of his team of experts, we were able to get the best deals through a very smooth and fast process.

Redondo Mortgage is by far the BEST mortgage company I have ever worked with! I have now purchased 1 time, refinanced 2 times in last 2.5 years through Aaron at Redondo Mortgage. Each time I had a great experience!
In my past 30 years of home ownership, I’ve traditionally gone to big banks. I always felt like just a number. I thought this was my ONLY option for home purchases and refinancing. After trying to refi my last home about 2.5 years ago at a big bank and being told it would take at least 3 months, I started looking into other options.
This was actually a blessing in disguise! After doing my research and basically interviewing 10+ credit unions, etc. I decided on Redondo Mortgage. Best decision I made. Redondo Mortgage takes a different approach. Before submitting to a lender for approval — with a «let’s see if it will stick approach» they actually work the file with the client to avoid costly and timely mistakes prior to submitting for approval.
Aaron and Brady are knowledgeable, honest, responsive and very professional. I’ve referred family and friends to Aaron and they all say the same, BEST mortgage company and BEST experience ever!
I will continue referring family and friends… if I could rate higher, I would.

Had an excellent experience working with Pooyan and Amir. Initially we were working with Chase Banking and they dropped the ball on us few days before closing. Me and my family (7 members) had to move somewhere else for 3 weeks because we were planning a smooth transition after selling my condo. Chase Banking ruined all my plans last minute. At the end, Pooyan and Amir saved the day. They was able to close my lovely home in little of 3 weeks.
It was my mistake putting all my trust and family in Chase’s hand. I should of worked with Pooyan from the start.
For buyers out there PLEASE be aware of big banks because they will drop the ball on you last minute. Please listen to Amir and Pooyan’s advice.
