I came in the store. A very nice gal helped me. I asked her name. It was Caroline. She was knowledgeable about her products and eager to see i was happy with my purchase. The merchandise was fresh and lovely. I was happy to see a young gal interested in her position and willing to help with my purchase. Thank you Caroline!

I ordered two beautiful bedside flowers and they were beautiful. I asked for a mixed bouquet with peonies and they made sure I had the freshest ones. I’d really like to commend their customer service. I wasn’t able to pick up the flowers until 5 days after they were promised and they offered to make me a new set that was from a fresh delivery, no questions asked. While on the expensive side, the quality of the flowers and designs are top notch and worth all the money. I love the Manhattan and Redondo locations and would gladly support small local businesses.

Had to write a review because my friend just sent me a pic of the flowers I got her and the arrangement is so beautiful! Especially since the lilies are opening up. Very reasonable in price and the gal that helped me was so friendly and really put together an amazing bouquet. Very classy. I’ve paid so much more for the same level. Plus, I love that it’s a neighborhood/​Riviera Village local biz.

I was referred here by a close friend, who insisted that I stop by the Rolling Hills Flower Mart to inquire about arrangements for our wedding. My fiancé and I excitedly stroll in on a gorgeous Sunday after brunch, and appeared to be the only two patrons in the shop. We perused around for quite a few minutes and were not once even greeted! This was quite peculiar considering an older middle-​aged woman behind the counter even made direct eye contact with me, and still couldn’t even muster up a greeting.
As I browsed through the store, looking at the trinkets and perfumes, I made a few comments aloud, alluding to the fact that I could use some help– still nothing. During this time, we overheard her having a conversation with a young man also behind the counter, exclaiming that she has a friend who owns another local business, and how his business wasn’t doing so well due to his lack of customer service. Um, excuse me? We were probably part of a very small handful of patrons that walked in that day, and were so turned off by the frigid treatment, that we decided to take our business elsewhere.
This was such a shame, and very disappointing to both of us, as we love supporting small, local businesses and were looking forward to potentially having them serve as an integral part of our special day.
Tip to anyone in the customer service industry: Treat others the way you’d like to be treated. You never know what your lack of kindness will cost you.

What a beautiful establishment! You can tell immediately just by walking in the door that they are going to have great taste in flowers if their shop looks as urban and trendy as it does. My fiancé gets me flowers from here periodically and I have to say the quality of the flowers are really top of the line. Staff if very friendly and knowledgeable about all types of flowers and you can expect the best quality for the best price, by far! Highly recommend this place and they actually just opened up a second location in Manhattan beach too that is super awsome as well: p

A one stop shop for your special someone. A wide selection of jewelry, chocolates, and flowers. You can even build your own bouquet for that extra special touch. I highly recommend this store, special shout your to Kristen for being the most wonderful help.

At first I was very unsure of this place after a purchase. However I reached out to them via email about some issues I had. I got an amazing quick response from Javier and he has made me a lifetime customer. He took such good care of me and gave me a beautiful bouquet to make up of for the one I purchased prior. I was beyond impressed and have started spreading the word about this wonderful flower shop. Thanks again Javier!

I have to say the owner of this place was very nice. I came in today very stressed out and needed a few lilies for my bouquet for a photo shoot the next day and she said she would go to the mart in the morning and pick up some opened lilies for me and make a small bouquet for me to pick up before my shoot and charge me «next to nothing» and give me a call in the morning to let me know if she had found what I was looking for.
Picked up the bouquet today… didn’t get a call so I called myself just in case. 4 lilies and 4 roses plus some greenery… She charged $ 30… Not a lot but also not next to nothing. Flowers were pretty but all of the lilies were missing many petals… I was a little disappointed the the bouquet didn’t last more than 2 hours… Only about 2 or 3 petals left on the lilies by the end of the 2 hour shoot and I was very careful with it… The owner is very nice as was her staff and the store was beautiful… It was nice not to have to worry about making my own bouquet last minute… I don’t think I would buy more flowers here though since they didn’t last more than 2 hours… Very good customer service though…

Horrible customer service. I have corresponded with Jeff three times over the past couple of months and each time he had a very displeasing and unfavorable attitude. He is only looking to work with brides with over the top expensive weddings. Don’t bother wasting your time or your money.

I always love coming here and picking out a nice arrangement of flowers. They always have a beautiful selection and tend to last fairly long. Always a great place to pick up a gift in the front or venture to the back for something a little more frisky ! Oh la la this place has it all!

The roses from this place are the worst, sorriest looking roses I’ve ever seen. We picked them up for Valentine’s day and they didn’t even last a day. They are all drooping as if they are crying. We went to cut the stems to see if that would help, and unpleasantly discovered that they had not even been de-​thorned. Save yourself the money and go to Ralph’s or Trader Joe’s instead as they’ll be much higher quality. In fact, I’ve purchased nicer, longer-​lasting roses from the guy at the intersection down the street.

We have used this florist twice now and will not do so again. Overpriced and inferior product. An orchid we purchased there was far more expensive than any orchid I’ve ever purchased, and I always have several in the house. That would be okay if we had gotten better quality. However, it lasted much less time than a phalaenopsis should. In addition, recently my husband purchased two dozen roses there to the tune of $ 180.00. When they were delivered the water smelled horrible as if the arrangement had been sitting around for a number of days and the blooms were a bit blown out already. They all died without opening one bit further. Worst roses I’ve ever received. We will not be using this florist again in the future.

I am not one for ordering flowers… After seeing countless amounts of bouquets coming to the office ordered by Pro something or another, and 1 800, i cannot quite remember, i thought-​what a waste of $ and the product is kind of insulting… I have completely changed my mind after receiving absolutely beautiful flower arrangements from my boyfriend! Twice from this place, and i have never seen anything like it! These flowers made me smile! They made me feel loved! I know some people would say it is pricey, but you get what you pay for… This place delivers on every level of customer satisfaction… I am now going to send my mother flowers for her Bday! Because, i know she will smile, and feel loved by no matter what i order… Thank you… cheers to Rolling Hills Flower Mart for caring about the product people will see! People talk about these flowers when they see them! Woohoo!

I could not possibly say more good things about Jeff and the whole team at Rolling Hills Flower Mart. I’ve seen their work before and I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I HAD to use them for my wedding. At first I was slightly concerned that because the style of floral arrangements RHFM generally does is more ‘formal’ (for lack of better words), producing more rustic-​chic arrangements for our al fresco wedding might be a challenge for them, but MAN was I wrong! As most brides can relate to, sometimes we let our imaginations run wild and it’s often hard to describe exactly what you want. Let me tell you, Jeff is the bride whisperer! He knew what I wanted even when I didn’t even know what exactly I wanted! They went out of their way to source the exact flowers that I asked for (David Austen Roses and tons of peonies) and even we even arranged to do a mock-​up of my table so I could see the landscape in advance. Seeing the mock up totally put me at ease because I was able to see beforehand exactly what I was getting and of course, it was PERFECT. No need for me to worry at all. There was not a thing that needed changing and it was the most beautiful table-​scape I’d ever laid eyes on.
When I showed up to our venue on my wedding day and saw our flowers, everything was PERFECT. They had covered the arch with all my favorite flowers: I nearly died — it was truly the most beautiful and unique stage to be married on. Additionally, my bouquet was not only STUNNING but it smelled delicious!
Let me also say that RHFM did the arrangements for our Rehearsal Dinner as well and because they were doing our wedding they designed the arrangements for the night before to be cohesive, but different and still absolutely gorgeous. I didn’t want to give anything away about the wedding florals and I didn’t want the evening before to ‘outdo’ the wedding either and RHFM totally achieved this through their arrangements of potted succulents and herbs. I could not have been happier with my decision to use RHFM for our wedding weekend, it was the best vendor decision I made! Thank you RHFM!

When I passed this little corner store, I noticed the gorgeous flower arrangements that were being crafted in the back room. Stunning, truly!
Then I walked alongside the store and I noticed — boots!
Intrigued, I walked in. I saw candles, gourmet candies, jewelry, boots, belts, and…
SEX TOYS AND ACCESSORIES!!!
I swear. I was not on any kind of mind altering substance, I saw it. In the back room.
A very discreet little back room with a curtained dressing room. Elegant, classy, sexy, racy, and pricey. Lube, lotions, merry widows, lingerie, books, «massagers» (ahem), «massagers» with remotes (ahem) and more.
I have no idea if these can be added to one hell of a flower bouquet/​gift basket, but I’d bet that coming here to get flowers for a wedding could liven up the big day in more ways than one.

Jeff did an amazing job for our wedding. From the first consultation, he gave us wonderful service. He was able to take a few photos and ideas I brought and turn it into a personalized design that we loved. The flowers ended up being my favorite part of the wedding because they were beautiful, fine quality, and different from any wedding I’ve seen.
I saw one comment that this is an expensive vendor, but it’s because you are not getting cheapy flowers here; all the arrangements, bouquets, and boutonnieres stayed fresh and sharp looking throughout the evening. You don’t want your flowers looking wilted in the pictures after hours of being held and handled, and you will not be disappointed if you use Jeff.
Also, his design ideas are unique and tailored to you. After my consultation with Jeff, all the other design elements (like the lighting, linens, chairs, etc.) fell into place because he gave me such a clear visualization of the look of the venue. If you have a gazebo or archway to decorate, you must use RHFM! They will transform your venue into a fairy tale!
PS — Wedding needs aside, the shop in the village has gorgeous arrangements and gifts to fit any need. It was so much fun to go there for wedding appointments because I also got to browse the beautiful shop.

I went here for a consultation for wedding flowers. I hope they do a damn good job for their clients because their quotes for just about everything seemed inflated compared to other quotes from other florists.
I’m giving them three stars mainly because the consultation was not a good experience for me. I felt pressured to do something much fancier than I had the budget for. The guy’s attitude reflected that he only does big expensive weddings and my small scale wedding wasn’t worth his time and energy unless I wanted to pay over priced fees for the handful of items I needed.
The only reason why my rating isn’t lower is because his albums of previous work did look really good and if you have thousands of dollars to spend on flowers then go for it.

I can’t understand why this place doesn’t have more reviews. Not only are they great to work with, they are SO creative.
Their arrangements are always beautiful, tasteful, and elegant. As the other review said, they are true artists.

Simply the best! Everything from RHFM is soooooo beautiful. Jeff is professional and reliable as well. Although it is a little pricey, you get what you pay for.
