Sadie’s Pole Gym

This studio is awesome. I came in super nervous because I had no idea what I was doing but the teacher and the owner were so freaking warm and friendly towards me that I immediately felt comfortable. This is not a stuck up place at all, and there were people in my class of all different skill levels so I wasn’t the only one at a more beginner level. I’m so happy I came here. The workout was great because I worked a lot of muscles that I’ve never really worked before in other workout classes and that’s exactly what I was lookin for. Will definitely be coming back.

The instructors take time with each student to ensure each trick is being done correct & SAFELY.

Been taking classes here for a few weeks and it’s been super fun! Good atmosphere. Really welcoming and really comfortable.
I’ve had a lot of dance training previously, so they’ve been very accommodating and letting me advance a bit faster than usual which has been great.

This is my first time at this studio. I will say it’s hard to find but it’s so worth it! Laura and her dogs (Sadie and Red) made me feel so comfortable. The intro lesson was great, especially with heels! If you’re looking for a fun workout or just something else to add to your activity list this is definitely an option. I, myself, am going to be a regular.

Some tips:
1. Location: It is a bit hard to find as there is no sign. (No sign at the door nor on the street). It is located at the very end unit. Luckily, it didn’t take long for me to find.
2. Wardrobe: Shorts and tank top work best for me. Leg warmers help with some sliding moves.
3. First class is free :)
I’ve taken only a few intro classes so far and I can only say positive things about the studio.
Laura is so friendly and approachable, I felt at home immediately. And the dogs (I’m a dog person) helped me feel comfortable. They are both adorable and sometime they chill around you during class. And I like how the classes (the ones I went to) are all-​girls. It feels like a girl camp.
Laura’s teaching is motivating and fun at the same time. The classes encourage me to become strong and artistic. They work my arms and hand grip a lot and overall good body workout.
I always feel energized and strong after class. Right now intro classes are on Friday nights and Saturday afternoons.

Took my first pole fitness class here! Me and a group of my friends went for my birthday. The owner was fantastic! She was super nice, professional and even did a personal dance for us at the end!

I’m a totally beginner and mildly out of shape and had a blast! I went with a friend and we had the best time as well as a awesome workout. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for alternative workout!

Sadie’s is great! Very unique space with tons of character! Not just a pole studio, but also a great place for conditioning and flexibility training. I’ve taken yoga with instructor Christine — felt very challenged, despite the fact I take crossfit 3 – 5 times a week. Wonderful students and instructors. Positive vibes all around. Laura, the studio owner, is AMAZING. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a new «home-​away-​from-​home.» Keep it up, Sadie’s!

This studio is quite stunning. The ambiance is bright and welcoming. I’m glad I decided to check this place out and take a class with Christine. Her class provides a mixture of Yoga and cardio –which is really refreshing!

My absolute FAVORITE pole studio! The studio itself is gorgeous! Tall ceilings, natural lighting, cozy loft, beautiful wood floors, spacious front patio with sitting area, AND dog friendly! Laura is amazing. From interval training to sexy choreography and tricks; she does it all. Definitely a unique studio with a lot to offer it’s students: nutrition seminars, yoga, interval training, choreography, competition training, flexibility, and even knitting sessions! :) Most importantly, I feel very comfortable and at home when I am at Sadie’s. My home away from home!

All I can say is Best Soreness I felt in a long time!!! If you want a great workout I suggest try it OUT!!! Never sweated in 20mins like I did today in Tabata class… Even after an hour workout in gym… Love this studio!!!

Unlimited monthly pass is worth the price but class prices are awesome. And Sadies apparel are super cute! Come by and check it out! :)
Location is at the end of the row of warehouses. The entrance is hidden but it’s an immediate right after the train tracks (going south on inglewood)

This studio is filled with love and laughter. I took pole 2 spinner and had a blast. The owner was there hanging out with us while the instructor lyssa was teaching. It was very layback and I didn’t feel uncomfortable being the new girl. Will be coming back!
Oh and they are dog friendly!

Little bit of myself. I love active stuff. I’ve tried many dance classes, yoga, gym, chinese martial arts… I tried pole dancing for the for the first time few years ago because of my friend — she found a deal on Groupon and that was the beginning… since then I’ve tried 6 – 7 pole studios!
These are the things I liked:
–Cleanness — It’s new, just opened last month and the place is very cute and clean!
–Many classes day/​night — They have work out classes too. While pole is really tough dancing, it’s not cardio. So it’s awesome they also offer yoga or work out classes!
–Easy parking — tons of parking space in front.
–Friendly people! — don’t you get intimidated to come to pole class? I would! But not here. The owner and everyone is so friendly and welcome you. I’m a little bit of ADD, I can’t do things more than 1 – 2 hours even my hobbies including surfing — but today I stayed 4 HOURS!!! This is the most I danced ever! That’s because I was having a good time.
I wrote on the tip section also… it’s hard to find — there is no sign. But if you use google map, and if it says you got to the destination, yes it is right. Just drive all the way to the back and you will find a door #11 and cute area, and then you know you are at the right place.
First class is FREE!(Make sure with the studio) Try it, it’s addicting!

Yay Sadie’s! Gorgeous studio, brand new, homey and welcoming! Not to mention, best instructors ever ;) if you’ve ever thought of giving dance/​pole fitness a try– this is the place to start! Laura, the studio owner, is so passionate about the art and never fails to support and encourage you to push yourself. They offer classes for all levels, all ages, all in a non judgmental environment. No matter what walk of life you’re from, Sadie’s has got something for you!!!
And don’t let me forget to mention… ZOMG DOGGIE FRIENDLY!!! They have an area for little guys for now, but the outdoor yard will soon become a SUPERVISED (by a legit trainer) play area for the fur children! Now Fido won’t need to be left behind when you put in long hours at the studio: D YES!
