I won’t go into so much detail as I did in my review below but… for all of you, looking to rent, if you are considering renting here, just make sure to protect yourself from the uncertainty: 1) make sure you ask what an average total cleaning fee after you move out (total fee and NOT the fee schedule with prorated charges because it tells you nothing really) and document it somewhere so that you can later hold management to it; otherwise, you might get a very bitter feeling when you move and 2) take pictures of all scratches and marks on the walls.
