First time at a Skechers store because I needed good walking shoes. Walked in, was helped right away, and the guy helping me(didn’t catch his name, but was working 4÷18÷2015 @ 5:45pm, shout out to him) went through around 8 boxes of shoes so I could find the right fit and feel, and the shoes were of a vegan option! Very comfortable shoes. I put them on soon after I left and look forward to wearing them during my walking. Great customer service, and comfy shoes :)

Poorly made shoes that don’t last! Recently moved to the area and was excited to use a coupon given out at a local school fundraising walk. Within 2 months, the toe of one sneaker had started to fray and by 2−½ months it had a big gaping hole that rendered it unwearable. When I brought it into the store, the mgr said after barely looking at it that it was from my son dragging his toe on the concrete as he rode his bike and that they could do nothing for me. My son doesn’t even ride a bike, but he wasn’t even listening to me, just kept shaking his head and pushing the sneakers back at me. WILLNEVERBUYSKECHERSSHOESAGAIN. Target and Costco shoes last longer and are much less costly.

My aunt and I were shopping for some comfortable shoes that she could wear to work. She wanted something light weight and easy on the feet since she stands most of the day at her job. The staff was very nice and helpful. They greeted us immediately when we walked through the door. They were also on hand when we needed to try something on. I didn’t buy anything but she found a pair that could be worn two(2 n 1) ways. Overall, I think I will try Skechers if I need some really comfortable shoes or just cute slip-ons.
