Miles was great, he was very fast and responsive. He offered to look at our laptops free of charge, so we only paid if he was able to fix them, which he did. They not only run well, but he was able to explain the problems and add some software to help prevent future problems. We liked him so much, we already have him working on another external drive

No complaints here. Very honest work, and he even referred me out to someone else for the work he was unable to do. Any excellent craftsman would do the same. Reasonable prices, and you know that you are dealing with someone knowledgable and honest.

I got a new computer and had no idea how to get all my old stuff into the new computer. Only took him a couple hours to get all my files moved over and all my email and internet bookmarks set up. Very friendly and quick service that I would recommend to everyone. Thanks Southbay Tech!!!

Thanks for all of your help SouthBay Tech. I live out of the area and I can always count on the friendly, patient and amazing service from these guys. They have helped my grandfather install his wireless network and install his cameras for security/​tie it into his network. They have also installed and troubleshooted various software issues that he was dealing with and I couldn’t handle over the phone. Highly recommended

Miles saved my data! He helped determine that my hard drive was failing due to a growing number of bad sectors and walked me though imaging it onto a new hard drive. Worked beautifully, no data was lost and I didn’t have to reinstall Windows. His customer service skills were excellent and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thanks again!
