I called Tom in to rescue me from a botched, unfinished, Surround-sound job in my home. I was really at a loss as to who to call & explain the mess I was left with. The original guy had lots of positive reviews on Unilocal,but was totally uneducated in home theatre expertise, not to mention totally unprofessional. Long story.
Tom came in very unassuming, knew exactly what the problem was, & went about systematically checking everything. He ran across a couple of issues my set-up had, & was able to efficiently figure it out & solve each problem.
My t.v. & surround sound are absolutely fantastic now, so dam happy!
His rates are very reasonable & fair, & better than the competition.
