On Monday, Redwood City detectives went undercover at the Seven Stars Day Spa at 615 Woodside Road, Unit #5, to investigate complaints of prostitution activity, police said.

This place just got busted for prostitution.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
I had never been here before, but I was horribly sore & desperate on a Friday & needed somewhere that could take me the same day. So I call ahead & ask, «Is now a good time to come?» Chinese lady says, «Yes, come now.» I say, «OK, I will be there in 5 minutes.»
I get there 5 minutes later & walk in. The place reeks of Chinese food.
The same Chinese lady I spoke with on the phone is at the front desk & requires full payment (cash only) up front for a 60 minute massage. I say, no problem & give her $ 60 cash.
As instructed, I go into my room, undress, lay face down on the table, and wait for her.
After a few minutes, same Chinese lady enters my room. The massage starts fine, but then customers start entering the business & she LEAVES my room to greet them each time as well as disappearing from the room for MINUTES at a time with no explanation (while simultaneously yelling with another woman in Chinese outside of my door) during my massage while I am PAYING PER MINUTE! Seriously?
That is bad enough, but then she returns to my room & removes the towel in place to preserve my modesty (uncovers my butt) & doesn’t bother to cover my naked a$$ before opening the door to leave the room. Really?!?
Then, just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, she LEAVES my DOOR OPEN with my naked, exposed a$$ for all the male customers (I am female) to see as they walk by my OPEN room! Are you f*cking kidding me?!?
I reach back to cover myself while trying not to expose my other private parts. When she returns to the room, I tell her, «You uncovered me and then left my door open while I am naked!» She says, «Sorry, Fridays are very busy.» Huh? WTF does the day of the week have to do with anything?!
Massage continues for a bit before she announces that I’m done. She thinks I wasn’t keeping track of the time, but I look at her & say, «You realize I only came here 50 minutes ago, including all the time you left the room.» She responds, «OK, fine, I will give you $ 10 back.» Horribly sore, I want the full 60 minutes of massage I paid for, but I realize it is hopeless to argue with her & just get dressed.
When I emerge dressed from my room, she hands me $ 10 and says, «Fridays are not good because we are very busy.» I want to tell her that she is supposed to finish the massage of customers who’ve already paid rather than end the massage early because new customers walk in, but I think better of it (realizing it is hopeless) & head toward the front door.
Then, she has the nerve to yell at me, «How about my tip??» apparently because she’s upset I’m not giving her MORE of my money (after she left me alone in the room half the time, showed a bunch of strangers/​men my private parts & then ended my massage early after I’d already paid & tried to get away with it).
She is lucky I didn’t punch her in the face right then. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

Had a great massage from Amy here. Very slow, steady, and smooth. Done very well. She asked if I wanted deep massage at the very beginning, and I requested medium. She started out light, then gradually worked up to medium, then a little deep. It all felt great.
She also did a lot of work on the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings, which was perfect for me as I’m a runner. The best thing was her slow and steady pace, which was very relaxing yet not boring at all.
I found this place by just driving by. There seems to be no website for this place, recently opened.
This place has full-​body massages only, not a foot spa like other places, although the staff here is Chinese, with Chinese music playing on the stereo. The rooms are roomy and not cramped, although they’re very basic and simple, but clean. The restroom is nice and clean, and even has a full shower if needed.
The only thing to be prepared for is that they take cash only, with a 1-​hour massage priced at $ 60. Remember to save a little more for the tip too.
