Do NOT TRUST AB Floral same day delivery!
I searched online for last minute Mother’s Day same day delivery and found this shop. It says on their website they can do same day delivery. So I placed an order on Saturday (5÷9÷2015) night at 10:18pm. I put a note to the owner if they cannot deliver, call me
Since Sunday (5÷10÷2015) at 6:49am, I had been calling the store number hoping to confirm my order. I called 14 times and it said «the call cannot be completed, please try again later.»
I sent emails to the store as well without any reply. Now I am requesting to cancel my order and get refund. Let’s see how difficult it will be.

Repeatedly over the last three years we have bought Beautiful wrist corsages for my son to give his dates for semi-​formal high school dances here. The owner put more flowers in the corsage than the other girls at the dance were wearing. She chose ribbon to coordinate with the girls’ dresses. Lovely and fresh!

My husband and I were referred to the AB Floral for our wedding centerpiece flowers. We were very happy with how they turned out, they we’re exactly what we expected, full and gorgeous!
The owner was very nice, easy to work with and she had a great vision for our wedding. When she delivered the flowers, she was early to set them up and they were fresh!
Her prices were also very reasonable compared to what we had seen.
We would absolutely return to AB Flowers for our next event.

AVOID this place at all cost. I wish I could give them NO starts for the horrible service that I received but that is obviously not possible. I ordered flowers over the phone and was guaranteed same day delivery, which did not happen. Even worse, I was not notified that they had failed to deliver the flowers as promised. I went over to the store in good terms to get an explanation but these people were rude, unapologetic and made all kinds of excuses. Let me put it to you this way, I’ve never filed a BBB report before in my life… but I will this time.

This place was a rip off. Maybe my expectations are too high, but for $ 80 I would think you could get a decent bouquet. I got some semi-​fresh flowers in a small vase and a pair of after-​thought decorative branches. Nothing I couldn’t get at Safeway for $ 20-​$ 25. Very disappointed.

Ordered flowers for my husband for Valentine’s Day from FTD. Flowers were sent from AB Floral Design. The flowers looked like the flowers I ordered but only the small one not the big, more expensive that I bought. The vase was suppose to hold 22 stems. My vase was just a beer glass, only a little taller. The bottom was so small that the flowers were jammed into the glass. Also, the roses, which were very pretty were cut long and the other flowers were jammed in so that you could not even see them because they were cut so short. No thought put into the bouquet. I was shocked that a florist would put together a $ 70 flower arrangement so sloppy and in such a small glass, not even a vase! I complained to FTD and of coarse what could they say, Sorry.

Alicia is a floral genius! I’ve been using AB Floral Designs since she opened last year and every arrangement is absolutely beautiful. I use AB when I send flowers to clients (and get rave reviews) and when I am having a dinner party — or just because fresh flowers really cheer up my home.
AB also does unique and innovative designs so you’ll always be wowed. Just recently, I received a ceramic pumpkin filled with beautiful orange, yellow and red flowers. I promptly ordered 4 more for other people I know would love them. I know there’s a Thanksgiving arrangement she’s doing as well. Check out AB Floral Designs — you will be amazed!
