Claudia was a pleasure to deal with and the team went above and beyond to make sure they met our deadline and that we were happy with the result.

Because of the Unilocal reviews, I gave this place a try and the amazing reviews of this place are accurate! I was getting married on Saturday and on the Thursday before, got the idea to give my future husband some monogrammed towels (nothing like last minute ideas!!).
I called Bay Area Custom Shirts Thursday afternoon to see if I could have next day service and he said yes. When I got into the office, the ladies there told me I must have spoken to the manager and if he said yes, then they could do it. Turns out I missed the cutoff for ‘next day’ service, so it was really ‘same day’ service but they charged me for ‘next day’ and had my order promptly available at 2 pm Friday.
The towels are BEAUTIFUL and the service was exceptional. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful and I will be back. My husband loved the monogrammed towels and thank you Bay Area Custom Shirts for such excellent work!

This place is seriously a life saver! I was trying to surprise my husband with a special announcement. They were able to design a shirt for me using a picture I sent in. They are extremely courteous and have great customer service. Use them!!!

This is my go to place for my company’s embroidery needs. The service is awesome. Claudia is super helpful. And they do a great job at fair prices.

Alma & her team were fantastic! I was working on a secret and special swag project for a small team at my company and Bay Area Custom Shirts worked with me and our logo and created a really special item for us. We love the result and their pricing was reasonable. They even finished a day earlier than promised. Very happy with them and will go back when something like this pops up again.
Only bummer was that they do not accept American Express. Not the biggest deal, but something to be aware of.

Came here on Wednesday for last minute t shirt printing. I already had the logo and wanted font as well.
We were greeted by Claudia she was so nice and professional as well as the other girl who was there (didn’t get her name sorry). I provided the logo to Claudia and she had me pick out the shirt I wanted, they had a big selection for grown ups and kids.
Claudia explained the different types of shirts & printing style. Once I picked a shirt she measured how long i wanted the logo. And the logo for my kids. (This definitely helped. I knew I was at the right place). :) I had rush order so needed it by Friday. On Thursday I received a proof copy of how my shirt would look. I was excited!!! I liked it and approved it! By Friday my shirts were ready!!! They were beyond my expectations!!! I loved them and so did my family.

We had a last minute request to have about 10 shirts with custom embroidery made for next day service.
We called around and found Bay Area Custom had competitive pricing. We placed the order for a 11am pickup the next day for an event beginning at 1p. Due to complications on our end we couldnt pick at 11am.
Here is where we were saved by an unarranged courtesy delivery by Bay Atrea Custom Shirt to our service location. We were SAVED, SURPRISED, & THANKFUL!!!
They have our future business hands down. Very good company and great customer service !!!

Use them a lot for my work. I can’t remember what happened the last time that made me write this review but I use them on a weekly/​monthly basis. Overall they have upped their game and I love their receptionist, nice girl. I would recommend better follow ups but overall, I’m happy with their service. On a last note, the end result could be better.

I got a quote for 12 shirts (with a rush fee) at $ 30 a shirt. I came back a couple of days later, handed over my artwork and got an updated quote (with a rush fee) but this time the price was $ 50 a shirt. Really disappointed. I read good reviews here on Unilocal but started to have doubts about the quality of their work when I noticed quite a few typos on their website.
Follow up: I took to the job to Access Uniforms and got a better price with quick turn-​around.

I’ve been working with them for almost 2 years. I own a business, and randomly need tee shirts, jackets, etc screened or embroidered. They are always pleasant, always good when im in a rush for items, always good pricing.
All in all, I have NOTHING bad to say about them. Truly a 5 star place. If you need embroidery or screen printing work done, go here!

I was in a huge rush. I had to get this last minute xmas present! They were actually closed that day, but I had called in and asked if they could stitch one item for me. They told me to come in and they finished it within 15 minutes!

After a disturbingly high quote from Artisan Embroidery, I called Bay Area Custom Shirts. They were able to complete my order beautifully for a third of what the other business was going to charge. They were patient with me and helped me work out my custom color selection and to top it off, they finished the job a week early. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with.

I would not recommend Bay Area Custom Shirts for embroidery. I took a couple of company jackets (that we had already paid for) to be embroidered for an event. When I went to pick them up, I noticed that one of them was completely crooked. At first, BA Custom Shirts didn’t want to compensate me at all for this, and in fact wanted me to pay for a replacement embroidery job. Since they had completely ruined one of our jackets, I requested that they reimburse us for the cost of it. To their credit– they did pay for it, which was greatly appreciated, and they did a decent job on the replacement jacket (which I still had to pay for). All in all, not worth the hassle, in my opinion.

These guys are totally awesome! Several weeks ago I needed several shirts made for an event at work, and they did them extremely fast, and incredible quality! They emailed proofs back and forth with me until the shirts were prefect. Even though I only gave then two days notice, they made all my shirts in time, and I was able to pick them up sooner than they had originally told me.
Also, the quality of their work is great. I was concerned about the large logo that I needed printed onto polo shirts, as I didn’t want something that would peel off, fade or get ruined in the washing machine. The product I got was perfect! We have worn and washed the shirts many times now and they still look great.
Then today, my mom told me she HAD to get a couple specific shirts made for my dad, that he really wanted for Christmas. It being Christmas Eve, I thought this was probably impossible, but I remembered how awesome Bay Area Custom Shirts is, and I told her to call. Not only were they open, but they made the shirts for her, right then and there while she waited! And, of course, they look awesome!
My dad is very hard to shop for, so Bay Area Custom Shirts saved Christmas for my mom! Thanks so much guys! You rock!

My dad had some shirts made up here for his ferrari repair shop. .When I saw them I was totally jealous. They looked awesome. I knew I had to have some made for my sister and I’s business.
We have held off on having shirts made for about 3 years because the price was always out of reach… BA Custom definitely had the best price, gave us a good deal and even a free screen and the quality is awesome. I really felt that they «got» what we were shooting for every step of the way. When I picked up our order I was 200% happy. They looked super sic.
Can I just tell u what annoying customers we were? We did it almost completely via email and had a TON of changes made to our logo, questions about our order, changes to what style shirts we wanted etc. Never ONCE did they seem put out or annoyed! I really felt our patronage was appreciated and the results are awesome.
We are using the shirts and jackets for our work uniform but with the amount of compliments we got the first DAY, I definitely think we need to place a re-​order to sell to friends and customers.
Another good reason to support kick-​a** small business!

I am finally getting to writing reviews for the places that prompted me to sign up on Unilocal… and this one is long overdue!
Several months back, I was in desperate and frantic search for a local shop that would make me a set of t-​shirts for my bowling team. I only needed 5 and it was a VERY last minute project. After calling around to MANY places up and down the peninsula and across the bay, i turned to Unilocal and found Bay Area Custom Shirts… and they became my new BFFs! :)
When I called to inquire about the possibility of having 5 simple t-​shirts made with a name on the front and an image on the back, I was prepared to have them tell me what i had been hearing from the other near dozen shops I had already called… we can’t do it in 2 days and we can’t do only 5. However, to my surprise and excitement, Elena took the information, requested that I send her the image I was wanting to use, and told me she would return my call shortly. When she called back, she said – Yes, we can do it! YAY!
After working out the details, I headed to their shop and was greeted by Elena, who was super professional, very sweet, and a pleasure to work with!
The t-​shirts turned out GREAT and were done SUPER FAST, PERFECTLY, and VERY REASONABLY PRICED! I will most definitely be back with my next printing project… THANKS so much to Bay Area Custom Shirts for helping me and my bowling team show up to the championship dressed in style;)

I spent lots of time researching the many Companies in the area and decided to go with Bay Area Custom Shirts to print my Company Shirts.
Elena who works at the front counter as well as working the phones was wonderful, very professional.
They were able to very quickly layout my art work and give me a quote. They have very fair prices and do excellent work, since my Logo had five colors shirts typically run high and can very easily end up looking bad from bleeding over — but they were very competitive on the pricing and the workmanship was perfect.
Without a doubt I will go back for more and recommend them to all my friends and family.

The ppl at Bay Area Custom Shirts are the best in the business as far as I am concerned. Just got back from my bachelor party in Costa Rica, all my buddys were giving me props for the awesome shirts that B.A.C.S. had made for me.
I made a custom drawing on paper and they were able to finish and place every detail, transforming this shirt into something that could be found on the shelves of a store. Better yet. They work diligently, with profesion and exact specification. I brought in the design on monday and they were able to get the shirts done by wed. the day before we left.
