My company got a brew day with Dave recently and took the keg on our annual ski trip. We gave him a couple examples of beers that we liked (Drake’s 1500 & Mirror Pond) and he took care of everything else. A group of us showed up for the brew day and had a great time enjoying the sun (don’t tell the peninsula it’s winter), tasting some of his brews, learning about the whole process and helping out where we could. In a few weeks, voila, we had a delicious pale ale to unwind with after hitting the slopes. Dave even bottled some for each of us with labels we had made. It was a totally cool and unique experience, and I hope we do it again!

If you are looking for a custom brew for an event, Dave is your man. He will basically show you the whole process of brewing anything you want and then you get to keep the keg of beer after, ready 1 month later! He is super knowledgeable about beer and you get to taste his brews while you are brewing your custom brew. We recently did this for an offsite for our company, but would be a great activity/idea for lots of events such as weddings, bachelor parties, baby showers, etc. Highly recommended if you love beer!
