Broadway Auto Service

I’ve brought my 2001 VW Passat twice to Broadway Auto in the past three years. Both times were emergencies when the Check Engine light came on, and I didn’t have an appointment; I basically had to drop off the car ASAP and get to work. Billy was able to look at the car the same day both times and fixed the problems quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate Broadway Auto’s great service!

I should mention that I can’t speak to their auto service work because I only stopped to fill up gas. However, that didn’t sit well despite how simple you may think that is to do right.
The crux of the issue is their signage, which is deceiving, in my mind. Note that there are 4 prices listed. In my experience, North American convention dictates that the 4 prices correspond to Regular, Plus, Super and Diesel.
However, in Broadway Auto’s case, their signage, using small and faded font, lists the prices for Cash Regular, Credit Regular, Credit Plus, and Diesel. I mistook the 3^rd price for Super, which, in actuality, is left off completely. Not realizing that this was the case, I pumped my Super gas for a $ 0.20 per gallon more than Plus, and asked the cashier if the signage was wrong.
After a quick tutorial on their signage, the cashier informed me that I bought Super which was, in fact, unlisted. I responded saying that was pretty tricky based on the hundreds of gas stations I’ve visited, and he just walked off. What’s most annoying about all of this is that there are neighboring stations with cheaper gas that I drove by in order to fill up on super here.
Anyway, caveat emptor to all those when reading Broadway Auto’s gas prices!

The place looks like a run-​of-​the-​mill gas station, which it is definitely not. They specialize in classic Thunderbirds, and they know their stuff. If you have a 55 – 57 baby ‘bird this is the place to go for repairs and maintenance.

I had a Big job for them however they were super fast and a very very fair price. Ask for billy, he will help you. They also tow and fix your problem with in the same day.
